About the principle of integrity in professional

orientation work

 

Career guidance is inseparably linked with socioeconomic processes, with destiny of each person, exists and develops thanks to him. A problem of vital plans and professional career of the specific subject – not simply a problem of a separate family, this or that sphere of production, the concrete state.

Studying of identity of the subject provides information and informative nature of identification of the general orientation of the person to concrete specialty. This way of scientific generalization is rather well traced, for example, on process of establishment of dependence between pedagogical abilities efficiency of training of the teacher for pedagogical activity, including to career guidance.

The clue to the solution of a question of efficiency of implementation of professional orientation work is furnished by the principle of integrity which essence consists in association of substantial and procedural aspects in a difficult complex. To various types of communications of elements of career guidance there correspond different types of integrity. In other words, integrity acts as the integrated characteristic of the career guidance possessing a complex internal structure (the personality, society, economy, various spheres of work), as unity of its parts in variety of their interrelations.

Role of the principle of integrity in teoretiko-methodological training of teachers for professional orientation work, and also in judgment of practice and experience of domestic and foreign school only a bike.

Realization of the principle of integrity of career guidance is of particular importance today. However in system approach to training of teachers the principle of integrity doesn't take a due place. Meanwhile the idea of systemacity in career guidance of the studying youth in pedagogical researches is used rather widely. It is applied by many experts in selection of professional orientation actions, built in a certain sequence for orientation of the personality to concrete groups of mass professions.

The system of professional orientation training of teachers is understood as the ordered set of the interconnected components possessing structure, technology and management which realization is capable to provide effective implementation of professional self-determination of the personality [1]. The structural component is characterized by integrity of knowledge of the identity of the subject, about the contents and nature of social activities, about various forms of ownership and professional activity of the person. The technological component is defined by idea of system formation of the professional and pedagogical knowledge, abilities and qualities synthesizing influence of the social and economic, psychology and pedagogical and other factors providing continuous education and improvement of qualification of the teacher to implementation of professional orientation work.

Democratization of society led to activization of innovative processes in education. There was a need for the creative expert owning bases of pedagogical art, skill and creativity. In this regard training of teachers assumes updating of information fund creation of new information and pedagogical technologies. The numerous researches conducted in the CIS countries and Kazakhstan showed that the model of pedagogical style of the teacher focused first of all on productivity that can't but be reflected in specificity of his «instrument of labour» [2] at the moment is priority.
