About the principle of integrity in
professional
orientation work
Career
guidance is inseparably linked with socioeconomic processes, with destiny of
each person, exists and develops thanks to him. A problem of vital plans and
professional career of the specific subject – not simply a problem of a
separate family, this or that sphere of production, the concrete state.
Studying of
identity of the subject provides information and informative nature of
identification of the general orientation of the person to concrete specialty.
This way of scientific generalization is rather well traced, for example, on
process of establishment of dependence between pedagogical abilities efficiency
of training of the teacher for pedagogical activity, including to career
guidance.
The clue to
the solution of a question of efficiency of implementation of professional
orientation work is furnished by the principle of integrity which essence
consists in association of substantial and procedural aspects in a difficult
complex. To various types of communications of elements of career guidance
there correspond different types of integrity. In other words, integrity acts
as the integrated characteristic of the career guidance possessing a complex
internal structure (the personality, society, economy, various spheres of
work), as unity of its parts in variety of their interrelations.
Role of the
principle of integrity in teoretiko-methodological training of teachers for
professional orientation work, and also in judgment of practice and experience
of domestic and foreign school only a bike.
Realization
of the principle of integrity of career guidance is of particular importance
today. However in system approach to training of teachers the principle of
integrity doesn't take a due place. Meanwhile the idea of systemacity in career
guidance of the studying youth in pedagogical researches is used rather widely.
It is applied by many experts in selection of professional orientation actions,
built in a certain sequence for orientation of the personality to concrete
groups of mass professions.
The system
of professional orientation training of teachers is understood as the ordered
set of the interconnected components possessing structure, technology and
management which realization is capable to provide effective implementation of
professional self-determination of the personality [1]. The structural
component is characterized by integrity of knowledge of the identity of the
subject, about the contents and nature of social activities, about various
forms of ownership and professional activity of the person. The technological
component is defined by idea of system formation of the professional and
pedagogical knowledge, abilities and qualities synthesizing influence of the
social and economic, psychology and pedagogical and other factors providing
continuous education and improvement of qualification of the teacher to
implementation of professional orientation work.
Democratization
of society led to activization of innovative processes in education. There was
a need for the creative expert owning bases of pedagogical art, skill and
creativity. In this regard training of teachers assumes updating of information
fund creation of new information and pedagogical technologies. The numerous
researches conducted in the CIS countries and Kazakhstan showed that the model
of pedagogical style of the teacher focused first of all on productivity that
can't but be reflected in specificity of his «instrument of labour» [2] at the
moment is priority.
