TO PROBLEMS OF ADMINISTRATIVE-MANAGERIAL AND
ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION OF THE CONTENT AND FORMAT OF REINZHINIRING OF
CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT
In
scientific research, the concept of
a model is often used, which
is a real or abstract object,
represents the object of research
in the process
of its study
and is more
convenient for experiments. For construction of a business model of pre-investment development in construction, analytical and simulation (dynamic) modeling is used. In
the first case, the model
is static and in a number
of practical cases can be
implemented using spreadsheets. In the second case,
the simulation object is so
complex that it is virtually
impossible to adequately describe its behavior by
mathematical dependencies. Dynamic modeling considers the model
as a set of rules that
determine the state in the
future will move the simulated
object from some previous state
using simulation modeling, any business
entity is presented as a complex system, all components of which work
on the main
result of the activity - Profit and the
first task when creating a modern enterprise becomes the maximum
correspondence of the organization of the enterprise
to the objectives
of its activities.
This organization unites all subsystems
of the enterprise
(production, finance, supply, sales, information support, etc.) and combines
knowledge about business processes, business rules, all kinds of
flows in the enterprise, organizational structure. For modeling processes
of adaptation of an enterprise
to changing demand for products,
for the development
of organizational technologies for the modernization of existing enterprises
of different enterprises, modeling of budgeting processes
at the contracting
enterprise uses three main approaches
- discrete-event modeling, system
dynamics and agent modeling. The system speaker
operates continuous processes in time,
and discrete-event and agent simulation are used for
time-discrete processes. However, system dynamics involves the maximum level
of abstraction of the model,
discrete-event modeling reflects
the abstraction of the low
and middle level. Typically, the discrete-event model is used to
solve the problems of the
theory of mass service. The
most indicative sphere of application
of the system
of system dynamics is the
simulation modeling of financial and
credit activity. Highly specialized methodologies are offered for modeling
and analysis of business processes
of the enterprise.
At
the enterprise, modeling of the
business model of administrative and managerial and economic transformations,
the content and format of
the construction of the real
estate development includes two stages:
structural and detailed. Structural modeling of business
processes of the organization can be performed
in the notation
IDEF0 using the BPwin toolkit or
in the UML language using the Rational Rose
toolkit. Detailed modeling is done
in UML, which is intended only
for information technology professionals. UML offers an object-oriented modeling approach that practically does not perceive
business analysts. To overcome these
shortcomings, a number of additional modeling
tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), representing a notation that is
intended to describe a business process in a graphical
form and focus on the
sequence of use of the
business process, and the Business
Process Execution Language business process language that describes the execution of
a business process in a formalized form that is
convenient for automatic interpretation.
