BUILDING A SUCCESSFUNCTIONAL SYSTEM OF SANATIC MEASURES OF ADAPTED FEATURES OF THE LIFE CYCLE OF THE BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Construction of a successful functional system of sanitation measures adapted to the features of the life cycle of a construction company

If we consider in more detail the source of the failures that arise and adversely affect the level of organizational and technological reliability of construction and the effectiveness of the implementation of the construction project, it should be noted that technological abandonment is a partial or complete cessation of the construction process or immediately a group of construction processes on a technical basis that leads to deviation of the actual parameters from the design. Regarding the organizational failure, it is the emergence of a particular event or situation with signs of organizational, managerial or economic origin, as a result of which the design parameters and deadlines for implementation of project activities deviates from the actual.

Operating the terms of the theory of reliability, the process of management, that is, the probabilistic processes of organizational systems, can be considered as a system restore after its failure. Accordingly, the failure will be a disruption to the system, under the reliability we will understand the property of the system to perform the specified functions at a specific time interval and at the same time maintain the value of the established production characteristics in the specified boundaries. To determine the terminological significance of different types of failures that occur in organizational systems, scientists [1-3] conducted their principal classification:

The nature of the elimination distinguishes between renewable and non-renewable failures. Thus, the delay in the performance of a work that does not lie on a critical path can be regarded as an overriding refusal, but an uncompensated delay in performing the work of a critical path, exceeding the contractual deadlines, is an insurmountable refusal.

In connection with other failures, the primary and secondary failures are distinguished. In a system of interconnected flow of failures for management purposes, it is important to distinguish the primary refusal-refusal-cause and target the effort to eliminate it. Otherwise, there is a scattering of resources to compensate for secondary, non-overwhelming failures by themselves.

For ease of detection, failures are explicit and implicit. Explicit is the failure, the occurrence of which directly affects the state of the controlled parameter, implicit failure, in turn, affects the state of the controlled system indirectly, which complicates their identification.

By the nature of the occurrence, distinguish between sudden and gradual (parametric) failures. Sudden refusals have gotten the name because of the fact that there are usually no visible signs of their approximation. Parametric failures are determined by the random drift of a controlled parameter beyond the permissible zone.
