Further aggravation in the world of competition for resources (natural, energy, investment, human) highlights the development of new knowledge, their introduction into production processes, the increase on this basis of the efficiency of the use of limited production resources, the growth of productivity and the growth of production opportunities that will meet the growing economic needs of market players. This, in turn, raises the interest of academics in solving the problems of asset management of enterprises through the search for effective application tools.

Considering that in the general sense of asset management, the enterprise should be considered as a purposeful systematic influence on the factors and conditions accompanying the processes of selection, combination and activation of economic resources, their productive use as an entity of the entity for the purpose of obtaining economic benefits, sustainable development and competitiveness. enterprises in a specific market, it is necessary to formalize the model of asset management.

The new approach is focused on specialized software (SS), the ability to adapt the software to practically any conditions and different requirements of instructional materials and accepted working rules. In addition, a flexible system of adjustment of SS in the automated information system (AIS) during the modernization of one of the components allows you to not touch the central part (core) of the AIS and its other components, which greatly improves the reliability, life expectancy of the IP and provides the most complete performance of the necessary functions.
