SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL INNOVATIONS OF THE UNDERSTANDING OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE FORMAT OF VALUABLE-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT BY DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES

 

Among the categories of innovations that provide for overcoming the uncertainty of construction projects in the format of administration by developer companies as certain knowledge systems that aggregate the plurality of objects of distributed information resources, we will include the following: 1) the set of statements; 2) the set of classes; 3) the set of vector spaces; 4) plurality of binary relations (Cartesian products); 5) the set of taxonomies as a set of topologies. The most interesting in terms of the use of information-analytical systems (IAS) is the set of taxonomies, which is built on the basis of objects, which are also elements of sets of statements and classes. According to the results of monitoring the data of systems based on the definition of categories of statements, classes, and taxonomies, it is possible to create a set of certain alternatives, which is the technological basis for the application of the selection ontology to ensure the adoption of the most effective decisions. The use of IAS will, in turn, provide management of information flows and information processes that directly address the monitoring tasks. The management of information processing processes in the IAS environment is realized on the basis of the use of certain hierarchies that reflect the properties of information processes that make up the operating system environment. From the optimal definition and dynamics of the formation of the hierarchy of interaction of the components of the operating environment IAS in a certain way depends on the effectiveness of its use. Therefore, it is very important to have certain tools that can be used to effectively design and implement hierarchy management mechanisms that reflect the interactions of all IAS components.

One of these tools can be an ontological model, which in its informative basis has a mechanism for the dynamic formation and use of hierarchies in the form of certain taxonomies. The ontology of some operating environment in the general case is formally represented by an ordered triple: О = X * R * F, where X, R, F are the finite sets, respectively: X - concepts (concepts, terms) of the domain, on the basis of which the objective component of the operating environment IAS R - relations and properties between them (let's assume that the properties are an interpretation of the relations, that is, there is a transformation that establishes the correspondence of a particular property to each relation); F - interpretation functions (definitions) X and / or R, which form the functional part of the IAS operating environment.

The organizational and technological reliability of the construction objects can be achieved on the condition of effective long-term planning and, in the future, preparation of construction production, designing of construction of objects on the construction site, linking the interests of participants in construction, etc. Although researchers note that in construction, which represents a complex probabilistic system, it is impossible to predict in advance all the circumstances in which the operation of the stream (process) is violated, collecting information about its reliability is a task of recording (fixing) random events: the moments of failure, their the duration, causes and circumstances of disability, deviation of the intensity of construction streams from the set design values; deviations in terms of the planned scope of work, the end of the technological stages and stages of work, town-planning complexes and the introduction of objects into operation from the schedules of construction and installation works planned in the projects of the current construction.
