Methodology of
Action Control Using 1C
System
At present, many companies incur large financial
losses. This is due to a number of factors, but the main one is that there is
no clear system for controlling the actions carried out by members of the
company. The main objective of the conducted study is to create a control
system able to improve the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole. The action
control system is developed for a specific company and is to be implemented
using the 1C tools in a typical 1C configuration: workflow.
Let us describe the process of system development. At first,
it is necessary to arrange the documents and develop an efficient method of their
classification. To achieve this goal, the faceted method is used as it is seen
as the most suitable for classification of a lot of kind of documents (see Table
1).
After the development of the classifiers, the control
function is described. The control of actions in the document system is applied
to processes in which the actions are limited by the period established by the
organisation or for the organisation [1]. The control of actions includes:
• Identification of the failure to perform the
required actions (prescribed in the document).
• Ensuring the search for a document.
• Prevention of document loss.
• Defining the steps in the implementation of
decisions or operations recorded in the document.
• Distribution of responsibility for actions between the
performers.
• Setting the dates for the intended and actual
execution of actions.
Further on, the main demands of organisation of action
control are identified:
- Control over the execution of actions is carried out
on behalf of the director of the company. They are assigned to the executor who
is responsible for implementing the agreement and its particular terms (Fig.
1). The document status is assigned. The system is implemented
in 1C. 1C programs have been designed by Russian developers and have
Russian-language interface.
- The contractor receives the terms of the agreement
from 1C database performing a search in 1C database (Fig. 2).
- The director also assigns control points for the
implementation of the agreement depending on the amount of work to be performed.
- The contractor is due to report on the work done by
the appointed time.
The following figures illustrate the steps described.

1. Classification
To conclude, the system control developed in 1C system
has proved its effectiveness. The modules of this system are being used in Ivanovo-based
Ardis-company. The proposed system could further be improved by adding a
function of monitoring the work of employees.
