discusses the technology of self-management as the ability to
self-organization, the ability to manage themselves. The authors analyzed the
need for self-management technologies at 12- year education system. Considered
the process of setting aims.

self-development.
In the era
of globalization, the rapid development of communication that are changing the
way of life, as well as methods to achieve welfare, human intelligence, his
ability to transforming, creative activities are the main capital of the society.
The concept
of 12-year secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted that in
these circumstances, one of the urgent issues of Kazakh society is the
formation of a competitive person ready not only to live in a changing social
and economic conditions, but also actively influence the existing reality,
changing it for the better [1]. Information overload the content of education
leads to lower motivation of training and deterioration of health of pupils. It
is necessary to strengthen the role of school education in achieving the goals
of personal development of the student, his socialization, mental and physical
health preservation.
In
Kazakhstan in recent years made significant steps to upgrade the education system,
designed and implemented the state educational standards, to introduce variable
education, work has begun to prepare for the introduction of a 12-year
education.
For
effective management of the system of 12-year education and the quality of
education must be a clear division of responsibilities of the school, local
community, social partners and government authorities.
Thus, the need to develop educational organizations
leading management technologies that promote the transfer of each of the
subject of the educational process in the mode of self-development.
Be arranged irrespective of whether it relates to the
surrounding space or time, it is to be prepared. Hence feel gathered, to
control the situation and be ready to use all available opportunities and to
cope with any of surprises that life creates in our way.
Self-management is primarily self-organization, the
ability to govern themselves, to lead the process of life in the broadest sense
of the word - in time, in space, in communication, in the activities.
Organizational skills are important for a professional
teacher. It should be remembered that constantly organizing others, he must
first be able to organize itself.
Self-management of the teacher - is the use of proven
practices in everyday teaching practice in order to optimally organize and with
a sense of the time [2].
Consequently, self-management - a vital but quite a
difficult process, so you must be ready for self-improvement. A serious
approach to the development of their personal program. Develop a program of
self-management is necessary in view of the issues that must be solved in the
course of professional activities. When selecting a program should take into
account the changes taking place in society - the economy, social policy, science,
modern methods of learning management, communications, communication, etc. It
is necessary to take into account aspects of practical implementation of the
acquired knowledge.
Self-management - a system of methods of activity,
allowing maximum use of their own capabilities, consciously and rationally
manage their lives actively and effectively influence the external
circumstances at work and in their personal lives for their own purposes. The
approach to self-management as the technology allows us to apply methods of
general management to professional and personal life activity of every person.
Every teacher should learn how to plan their time and
consider time savings as the main reserve for increasing the efficiency of
labor. The efficiency of personal work depends on its ability to accurately
determine your goals and plan the work. Any work should start with goal
setting.
The process of setting goals consists of 3 stages [3]:
1) finding the target (what do I want?);
2) The situational analysis (what can I do?);
3) formulation of objectives (what exactly I
proceed?).
Goal setting - the initial stage of planning. The plan
- a list of things you need to perform to achieve the objectives. Moreover,
each case must be done at a certain time. According to Japanese managers, one
hour spent in planning saves 3-4 hours during the work.
When planning ensures efficient use of the valuable
asset - time, either to use the time available for productive activities
(maximum criterion), or reach their goals with less expenditure of time
(minimum criteria).
Thus, many teachers have to take the path of change
attitudes in the organization of educational process, the relationship to his
life and work in the path of development and self-development. Switching to
self - important and complex problem, the solution of which will enrich the
creative potential of the teacher, will provide a new level of quality higher
state of processes and outcomes of professional and personal life.
