Abstract. During the independence time, Kazakhstan had remarkable economic growth and by reaching progress in industrial-innovative sphere, it was capable enough of competing with other developed countries in a good level.It is a result of sensible stratigies which our country used for developing.

Аннотация. Стратегия вхождения Казахстана в число пятидесяти наиболее конкурентоспособных стран мира включает в себя приоритеты, учитывающие интересы страны в процессах регионального и глобального развития.

Kazakhstan is aiming at entering the list of 30 developed countries in the world through the successful implementation of its political strategies. In recent times, such strategies like “Kazakhstan 2050”, green economy plan are crucial for the evolvement of a country. There is no doubt that these strategies and plans give direction to the developing country and the exhibition EXPO 2017 is a great product of green economy plan. This kind of modernizing plans ,gives a lot of opportunities on developing science and economic sphere of country. The research will consist of two methods. Background information in order to understand the topic will be gathered from the first method, as searching it on the internet. To get an accuracy information and to check article for credibility “RAVEN” analyses will be used. To find some useful articles from the internet, Google Scholar, EbscoHost is the best variant to search.

Coordinator of Master Degree program ,who was studying, Expo in the University of Milan , about Expo 2015 in Milan and Expo 2017 in Astana. He said, “It is surely important as it’s also what’s happening in the world as the population keeps increasing, which are around 7 billion at the moment and they will keep growing. Therefore, the food and the energy of future issues will be crucial issues. This Expo is a huge event that is bound to raise concern and awareness and to sensitize public opinion”. According to his words , it is noticeable that Expo-2017 is important event to the Kazakhstan people, to the people of the whole world. Thats why Expo -2017 is importan ,also the platform of EXPO traditionally continue to generate the bright and consolidate research and development, provide the impetus for the development of cities and countries in which they are carried out, and become a powerful impetus for economic development. According to the statistics of national company “Astana expo-2017” , one visitor leaves about 1.5 thousand dollars in the visited country and helps to provide jobs for about 6-12 people. Each person should spend money at least on hotels, tickets for plane , everyday food and transport. As a result, different areas of the economy and some companies will have additional income. Not only capital city will have income, other regions of Kazakhstan will have this income too. Another advantage is that all buildings are constructed taking into account the most effective use of after the show. It means that after expo-2017 new unique and innovate buildings will create a financial center of our Capital city. Expo 2017 – is unique event in the history of our country. international event, which is symbol of industrialization, demonstration of technical and technological progress, creating new ideas and interesting projects that will contribute to the integration of Kazakhstan into the world economy. The one aspect of green economy Expo-2017 so afectable, such developing of infrastructure, increasing of tourist level, huge limp on the economy, new jobs, new vacancies, development of public services.

We are sure that the politics that we are using ,considering the complexity of modern world, searching for a solution of nowadays' problems, our country can sucсesed in every sphere. Therefore, "breakthrough" strategy is an interest of everyone. But the elaboration and the implementation of such a strategy is the ultimate priority, first of all of government of our country.
