FACILITIES OF FORMING OF METHODICAL COMPETENCE OF
FUTURE TEACHER OF TECHNOLOGY
The
modern stage of development of higher pedagogical education is characterized
passing to the multilevel system, by methodology ñompetency-based to going and increases of requirements near professional
preparation of future teacher of technology. It is followed competent to name
such teacher which owns the method of teaching of the object not only well, but
also freely oriented in the different methodical systems, owns individual style
of pedagogical activity.
In a
professional pedagogical competence select the followings kinds:
–
methodological;
–
subject;
–
psychological, pedagogical and methodical, thus a methodical competence
occupies one of leading places [2].
Effective
learning tool designed for expansion, deepening and better student learning
direction «Technological
Education» on the main stage
of methodical competence of future teachers of technology can serve as an
electronic textbook [3].
Also, a
methodical competence integrates all system specially scientific,
psychological, pedagogical knowledges and abilities on questions the
construction of teaching of concrete educational discipline and carries the
brightly expressed applied character. In a methodical competence select:
–
cognitive;
–
personality;
–
effective components.
In the
process of forming of methodical competence of future teacher of technology we
select five stages.
I. Base
stage (1th, 2th years of studies). Forming of communicative competence is
within the framework of study of blocks of disciplines: general humanitarian
and socio-economic (Ukrainian business language, philosophy, history of
Ukraine, economy, foreign language) and general professional (pedagogic, psychology,
technologies).
II.
Integration stage (1–3th years of studies). Forming in detail oriented to the
competence within the framework of study of blocks of disciplines: general
professional (pedagogic, psychology, technical and audiovisual facilities of studies)
and subject preparation.
III.
Basic stage (4th studies). Becoming of methodical competence is within the
framework of study of blocks of disciplines: general humanitarian and
socio-economic (sociology, jurisprudence), general professional (theory and
method of studies of technology), subject preparation; passing of educational
and production practices is from a theory and method of studies of technology;
implementation of term paper is from «Òheory and method of
studies of technology».
IV.
Qualifying stage (5th studies). Development of methodical competence is in the
process of study of blocks of disciplines: general professional, subject
preparation; passing of production practice is from a theory and method of
studies of technology; implementation of final qualifying work after speciality
6.010103 «Technological education».
V.
Research stage (city council, 6th studies).
By the
effective mean of studies, intended for expansion, deepening and the best
mastering of knowledges, foreseen the on-line tutorial of course «Theory and
method of studies of technology», an electronic train aid can serve on the
basic stage of forming of methodical competence of future teacher of technology
[2].
