Nowadays, it is necessary to optimize the education system in order to achieve world civilization. It needs to raise the issue of education and education to a genuine degree and to achieve global cultural values for the realization of civilian tasks. The modern educational institution, which has moved to the national education module, needs a professional psychologist - a business teacher who will be able to diagnose pedagogical diagnosis, who is a thinker, a researcher, avoiding stupidity and traction in his own business. The teacher participates in all school activities, interacts with many people, takes care of many pedagogical phenomena and situations and solves them according to their size and competence. Now let's talk about the requirements for a teacher of the XXI century.
First, a teacher has to be an energetic person and a professional teacher who has a personal vision and defenses. A teacher with intelligence and thought-provoking skills is not indifferent. Only a teacher who knows how to do his work is able to achieve the ultimate result. Such a teacher reports to each day, protecting the freedom of conscience.
Secondly, the teacher should be able to use his / her pedagogical, psychological knowledge in everyday work. The flow of information has grown, as globalization is on the rise worldwide. No matter what the subject is taught, the student must be ready to answer any question regarding every aspect of life.
Each teacher's pedagogical thinking ability should be scientifically established, and the psychological principal is that "Man communicates with people through his creative work. And it is a great personality. " To learn a lot, you need to think more. Secondly, it is not a good idea to put good trends in yesterday's pedagogy.Third, the earth is the whole human family, and it is a member of the global space of communication and the need for access to the Internet. All schools are computerized in our republic. All teachers at school should be able to learn the language and use it in their lessons. This is a requirement of time, a requirement of globalism.
Fourthly, it is clear that the intervention and coordination of specialists will be productive. Thus, the new textbooks will be in line with the teaching methodology and the didactic materials that scientists and academics work together.
Fifthly, teachers should be guided by the principles of cooperation in their own affairs. The most important thing is that the teacher should become a person whose life, education, sophistication, well-being, and model, as well as everything else.
