The high levels of professionalism, competence, demand in society, competitiveness in the labor market the main characteristics of the individual professional XXI century. The signs can be considered competitive individual commitment, of values, hard work, creative approach to the performance of professional functions and social roles, capacity for continuous self-improvement throughout life. Self-improvement is a process of deliberate, controlled development of the personality and natural creativity, personal and professional traits. Self is a conscious and systematic work on themselves to improve previously acquired and the formation of new signs of identity, a process of improving their competence and the competitiveness of important qualities in accordance with the requirements of society and personal self-development programs, human needs for self-actualization and self-expression.
