basis for constructing conceptual provisions of this article are the modern
educational paradigm: the humanistic, cultural concept of continuous
professional education and acme logical, personality-activity, competence,
systematic approaches.
In
this regard, active self-expression of their own professional future expert in
physical rehabilitation covers acts of isolation, especially its target
professional orientation as an important engine of socially significant
internal professional self, personal, information signs, providing analysis and
examination, comparison and selection, abstraction and focus on the home, the

conscious introspection purpose and effectiveness of their own professional
activities is the first and indispensable stage of professional
self-improvement. But this process should be approached comprehensively.
Referrals self-development and enrichment of creative potential in one or more
directions and ignoring other leads to one-sided and does not give the desired
result. Excessive, for example, the rise of innovation, idealization and
sometimes falsifying its results largely contributes to stereotypes, leads to a

moral values, a significant diversity of views and approaches to the category
of «professionalism».
Second,

priority focus on humanism, good citizenship, professional charity, which is
the basis of professional identity.
Third,
this situation makes it difficult to address the pressing problems of training

of its continuous professional self throughout life, its objectives, target
orientation, particularly rehabilitation specialist interaction with people,
ways and means successful, purposeful interaction.
It

rehabilitation is, above all, a subsystem of the social activity and social
culture. Therefore, it is multidimensional study, it has axiological and acme
logical character. The effectiveness of self-professionalism of the future
expert depends largely on the prestige of the profession in society, which
basically creates the basis for his intense self-forming. But here there are
many contradictions. The analysis options
paradigmatic approaches to the definition of professionalism of the future
expert in physical rehabilitation shows that they are not mutually exclusive,
but complementary, revealing its different aspects.
Let

professional activity. This is the use in the formation of professional identity
professional thinking new laws related to its conceptualization. Need conceptualization process of formation of
professionalism of the future expert in physical rehabilitation due global
objective processes taking place in the civilized world. First of all, the
processes of dialogue and rapprochement of cultures and peoples. Progress in
education and pedagogy have directly measured the quality of life of each
individual and communication; professional progress - the quality of life of
every individual.
The core of civilization is the spiritual culture

moral principles and humanistic values of society. So the question arises: what is the professionalism of
specialist rehabilitation needs today to patients in the era of social
transformations feel comfortable, thought and acted in all spheres of life by
the canons of culture to their increased activity in history to improve the
lives of every person and of society? Thus, the professionalism of the future expert in physical

issues. The knowledge acquired in school, cannot predict all situations,
otherwise inevitable standardization of professional activities which actually

in high school.
Stimulatory

specialists in physical rehabilitation in the new knowledge of the educational
process of problem-based methodology and search techniques that promote the
educational needs and diversifying their range of interests, not just
professional. System of training designed to encourage self-education and
self-development specialist’s rehabilitators, encourage and support the aspiration
to professional education, improvement and development. Based
on the fact that it is the function of stimulating vocational education is the
basis of our research, we consider it necessary to highlight a number of
factors pedagogical influences on professional self-stimulation
future specialists in physical rehabilitation.
Given the
fundamental conceptual provisions that external influences are always only
indirectly, through the internal conditions, turning to belief through
individual experience, we have identified among many objective factors that
influence the professional growth of future specialists in physical
rehabilitation only those relating motivational target awareness, professional
competence, procedural activity-readiness initiative in carrying out
professional self-improvement, creative communication climate, innovative
behavior, motivation, availability methodological tools. Among
the most important are highlighted: the needs of society, changing the purpose
of education and its globalization, strengthening the role of personal
qualities like.
The
above impact factors indicate the need to create a special style of study in
university. As one of the
factors can be called needs of society, social and public environment. Today,
in an era of change is increasing the relevance of knowledge about man, about
the possibility of adapting to rapidly changing natural, social, economic and
cultural environment, dynamic changes in all spheres of public life. In today's
society many future specialists in physical rehabilitation lacking such
qualities and knowledge of how psychological and social willingness to live and
work in the new environment, the willingness and the ability to adequately out
of unusual and complex situations, moral stability so on.
Another
important factor, which not only updates the professional self-improvement, but
also affects the process of stimulation, is the globalization of education. The process of European unification, it spread
eastward accompanied by the formation of joint educational and scientific space
and elaboration of common criteria and standards in this area across the entire
continent. This process was named from the name of the University of Bologna in
the Italian city of Bologna, where such initiatives have been initiated. Another important factor worth mentioning change
objectives (goals) education, because it is one of the main tasks that confront
contemporary pedagogical process.
On
the self can speak, in our view, only in cases where future specialists in
physical rehabilitation aware of their participation and responsibility for everything
that happens to him, his patients, and tries to actively promote or oppose
external circumstances, plan and set goals professional activity, change
yourself for achieving them. This model is the most productive for the creative
implementation of the individual specialist.
The
basis for professional self-development is a personal self-development, aimed
at developing the creative personality of the future expert in physical
rehabilitation. Note that self - a human desire to identify, understand and
improve their personal qualities. This process we see as the establishment and
integration in the profession of personal and professional qualities and
abilities, methodological, teaching, research knowledge and skills, but most
importantly – is active
qualitative transformation specialist of his inner world, which leads, in fact,
to self-actualization and realization of his creative potential.
