In the XXI century, competitive experts are mostly
people with advanced creativity. In this article we compare the concepts of the
research unit for the development of creative abilities in foreign and domestic
authors.
Creativity was studied by scientists: E.P.Torrens,
G.Guilford V.Andreev, J.A. Ponomarev and others. Kazakhstan researchers of
creativity are V.V. Shahgulari, B.A. Ospanov, B.A.Muhametzhanov, A.K.
Izbaskanova, N.A. Mikhailova, Sh. Sydykov, A.S. Shvaykovsky, B.A.Zhetpisbaeva,
A.Kenzhebaeva and others.
Let us define the concept of "creativity".
The Encyclopedic Dictionary gives the following
definition of creativity: "Creativity - the activity that generates
something qualitatively new and different uniqueness, originality and
uniqueness of the social history [1]."
Creativity is a form of self-affirmation, initiative
and self-development. If creativity is the process of solving the problems of
non-standard tasks, and people inherently have a creator, converter, the
builder, the optimal conditions for human development are conditions requiring
it to meet the challenges, to commit a brighter future, to become
comprehensively developed person [ 2].
Creativity by nature is based on the desire to do
something for you that has not yet been done, or at least what existed before
you make a new, differently, better. In other words, the creative principle in
man is the desire to always going forward, for better, for progress, for
excellence and, of course, the beautiful in the highest and broadest sense. [3]
Domestic scientist V.V. Shahgulari believes that
creativity - this is what a person does with the love that comes from the
depths of his soul, with great enthusiasm. The basis for creativity is
intrinsic motivation, imagination, flexibility of mind, divergent thinking,
will, and hard work. [4]
In psychology of creativity in the broad sense is
understood as the activities in a situation of uncertainty, designed to produce
results that have subjective and objective novelty. Creativity is not
necessarily related to such activities, which traditionally belong to the
creative (music or writing poetry, musical performance or stage work). It finds
a place in all areas and circumstances, when you have to act in situations of
uncertainty, uncertainty, and lack of clear algorithms [5].
The development of creativity allows the individual to
the next stages of development, to build himself as a person, i.e.,
self-education and self-learning is possible only on a foundation laid during
its socialization, when the individual already has a certain amount of skills
and ways of practical and cognitive activity, when he developed some social
setting. [6]
We now turn to the concept of "creative
abilities".
There are several approaches to this concept:
1. As such there are no creative abilities.
Intellectual giftedness acts as necessary but not sufficient conditions for the
creative activity of the person. The main role in determining the behavior of
the creative play of motivation, values and personality traits
(A.Oloh, DB Epiphany, Maslow, etc.). The main features of the creative
personality of the researchers attribute cognitive giftedness, sensitivity to
the problems of independence in uncertain and complex situations.
2. Creative abilities is independent factor,
regardless of intelligence (Dzh.Gilford, K.Teylor, Ya.A.Ponomarev).
3. A high level of intellectual development involves a
high level of creativity and vice versa. The creative process is not considered
as a specific form of mental activity there. This view was shared by almost all
share the experts in the field of intelligence (D.Veksler, G.Ayzenk, L.Termen,
R.Sternberg et al.) [7].
V.I. Andreev gives the following definition of
creativity: "Creative abilities are a synthesis of properties and
personality traits that characterize the extent of their compliance with
certain types of creative activity and causing the level of its performance [8]."
Shadrikov V.D. identified creativity as the property
of functional systems that implement certain mental functions, which are a measure
of the severity of an individual, which is manifested in the success of the
originality and quality of development activities. [9]
Under the creative abilities Teplov B.M. understand
certain individual psychological characteristics that distinguish one person
from another, which cannot be reduced to the cash available is already a human
stock of skills and knowledge, and cause the ease and speed of acquisition. [9]
Bolshakov L.A. defines creativity as a complex
personal quality that reflects a person's ability to be creative in different
spheres of life, and also allows you to support the creative self to others.
This is high degree of enthusiasm, intellectual activity, and cognitive initiative
of the individual. [10]
Motkov O.I. explains the creative ability as ability
to understand ability to wonder and to learn, the ability to find solutions in
unusual situations, the focus is on the discovery of a new and deeper
understanding of the capacity for its expertise [11].
Thus, creative abilities are personality traits that
contribute to personal growth, adapt to situations of uncertainty and rapidly
changing world and transform the world.
