         With the expansion of international cooperation in the economic and political globalization  the requirements of employers to graduates of Kazakhstan universities, including non-linguistic disciplines have radically changed today.  . In addition to a    high professional level  a modern professional with higher education must have a sufficiently high level of linguistic competence for future professional activities, including professional growth based on domestic and foreign achievements, exchange experiences with international colleagues, research, etc. In modern society, the role of foreign languages increases  more and more. The knowledge of foreign languages gives young people an opportunity to join the global culture, to use its vast resource potential of the Internet and work with information and communication technologies and multimedia learning.[1]

         The aim of foreign language teaching - is a communicative activity of students, that is practical  use  of  foreign language. The teacher’s task is  to intensify the activities of each student in the learning process, to create a situation for their creative activity. The main goal of learning a foreign language of  high school students is to educate the individual, willing and able to communicate, people willing and able to receive self-education. Participation in various international programs, the opportunity to study abroad involve not only the high level of foreign language knowledge, but also certain personality traits: sociability, lack of language barriers, knowledge of international etiquette, open-mindedness, the ability is called "presentation of yourself". To achieve all these goals, of course,   using computer technology and Internet resources in teaching English  will give    effective result to the teacher.

         Using computer technology at English language lessons. In recent years,  the method of applying new information technologies in foreign language teaching  has  increasingly raised . It is not only modern technology but also a  new form of teaching, a new approach to learning. The use of multimedia helps  to implement student-centered approach to learning, provides individualization and differentiation taking into account the learners’ individual characteristic features, their level of training, inclinations. Learning English with the help of computer programs is  of enormous interest among students. Working  with a computer makes it possible to organize an independent work of each student. Integration of the normal classes with the computer allows the teacher to shift part of their work on the computer, while making learning more interesting and intense. In this case, the computer does not replace the teacher, but only supplements it. Selection of training programs depends primarily on the current educational material, the level of training of students  and their abilities. Working with a computer not only promotes enthusiasm for learning, but also allows you to adjust the presentation of educational problems on degree of difficulty promoting the right decisions. The computer  also allows you to completely eliminate one of the major causes of negative attitudes to learning – failure which is due to lack of understanding of the material or the problem of knowledge. It is this aspect that provides authors of numerous computer training programs. The student has  an opportunity to use various reference books and dictionaries that can be called to the screen with only one click on the mouse. Working on the computer, the student gets the opportunity to bring the solution to the end, with the necessary assistance.

Substantial progress in the development of personal computers and computer technology leads to a change in the process of learning foreign languages. Active and relevant application of computer in the  English  language classroom  is possible and desirable based on the specifics of the subject. Leading component of the content of foreign language teaching is to train various types of speech activities of speaking, listening, reading, writing. When teaching listening, each student gets the opportunity to hear foreign-language speech. In teaching speaking, each student can say phrases in English into a microphone. In the study of grammatical phenomena, each student can perform grammar exercises, has the ability to solve crossword puzzles,  to seek the words to carry out game exercises.

         In practice, the use of computers in the learning process  emphasizes its teaching function, as well as the computer is a tool that organizes students to work independently and manage it, especially in training work with language and speech material. The scope of using  the computer in the teaching of foreign languages is unusually wide. A computer can be effectively used while introducing  the new language material, new samples of statements, as well as  in the activities of communication in a foreign language. At the stage of training and during the application of generated  knowledge, skills, abilities, your computer may be used in a wide variety of communicative tasks and situations, taking into account the personal characteristics of trainees. It  can create optimal conditions for the successful completion of program material: while providing a flexible, adequate and feasible load of exercises for all students in the class. Furthermore it is difficult to overestimate the role of the computer as a means of exercising control over the activities of students by teachers, as well as a means of shaping and improving self-control. In difficult cases, the computer allows the student to obtain the necessary information for reference in a short period of time, to bring him certain "keys" to successfully solve  the task.[2]

         An important feature of the computer in the educational process in a foreign language is that it can be a "companion" student, i.e, to work in communication-directed dialog mode and in a certain way, for example, with graphical tools, an analyzer and a speech synthesizer to compensate the lack of natural communicators, modeling and simulating its nonverbal and verbal behavior.

The computer allows you to produce on-screen display elements of Regional Geography nature, especially the environment and situation that can be used as a background for the formation of students of speech activity in a foreign language. The computer has great potential to build a color image, measurable reforms necessary to set limits. The described  computer's capabilities make it the perfect technical tool for all kinds of explanations and generalizations of the phenomena of language, speech, speech activity.

Using Internet resources and computer presentations at  English lessons.  Now everyone understands that the Internet has enormous potential of information and no less impressive          services . The Internet creates a unique opportunity for foreign language learners to use authentic texts, listen to and communicate with native speakers. It is important to define the purposes for which we are going to use its capabilities and resources. For example:

- to include material of the network into content of the lesson;

- for   students’ self-searching information for project work.

         Using the information resources on the Internet, one can integrate them into the learning process for more effectively solve a number of teaching tasks in the classroom: [3]

- to build the habits and skills of reading, directly using the network material of various difficulty;

- to improve listening skills on the basis of authentic internet audio texts , and texts prepared by the teacher;

- to develop  the skills of monologue and dialogue speech on the basis of  discussing the problem of network materials;

- enrich your vocabulary, both active and passive  of modern foreign           language that reflects a certain stage of development of people's culture,   social and political structure of society;

- to get acquainted with the cultural studies of knowledge, which include speech etiquette, especially the verbal behavior of various peoples in communication, the peculiarities of culture and  traditions of the  English speaking countries.

         Optimal is the creation of multimedia Power Point presentations. The use of computer presentations in class allows us to introduce new vocabulary, country studying material in a most entertaining form, realizing  the visual principle  which contributes to a lasting assimilate information. Independent creative work of students to create computer presentations as well as possible extends the stock of active vocabulary.

         The use of Internet technology in the English language  classroom  is an effective factor for the development of student motivation. In most cases the students like to work with  the  computer. Since classes are held in an informal setting, the trainees have greater freedom of action, and some of them can "show off" their knowledge in ICT. In addition, classes using a computer enhances internal self-assessment of individual students and enhance their prestige in the academic team. Prospects for the use of Internet technologies in foreign language training process  are quite wide  nowadays. It can be:

- correspondence of the teacher and students with the residents of English-speaking countries via e-mail;

- participation in international Internet conferences, seminars and other networking projects of this kind;

- creating and posting Web sites and presentations (Power Point Presentations): they can be created together teacher and students and used for training and educational purposes. In addition, presentations can be exchanged between teachers from different countries and cities;

- sharing a teacher practical experience with colleagues from other countries;

- electronic publishing papers and articles on the Internet, etc.[4]

         Motives for professional use of modern Internet technologies in teaching foreign language students' cause, as we know it from  our teaching experience, the desire to use the Internet to solve various learning tasks, including tasks to expand and deepen the foreign language communicative competence. The use of information and Internet technologies in the process of learning a foreign language would push for more qualitative level of general cultural development of students, help to improve their skills in possession of computer equipment and knowledge of the Internet; raise the language level of students, help students assert themselves, as well as increase the motivation to learn a foreign language , saves the cost of teaching materials the teacher (no need to create countless cards, printed materials). [5]

         Using new information technologies broadens the scope of the educational process, increases its practical orientation. It creates the conditions for successful self-learners in the future. However, we emphasize that information technology, Internet technology - is, as evidenced by our teaching experience, is no panacea for ways to increase motivation and self-learners in the process of learning a foreign language in the cognitive process. For maximum effect it is necessary to use a wide range of innovative, including, of course, a variety of media educational technologies in educational process.

         Now we want to share our techniques  of using a computer   and  Interwrite Board  in the classroom.  On a Interwrite Board  we can demonstrate  slide presentations   which add a festive atmosphere to our classes.. While studying the topics «Great Britain», « Sights of London», the students prepare  slides and demonstrate their presentations.

While presenting their  work the students speak about each sight of London, give detailed information about Great Britain and its capital London. The rest of the students can ask questions to the speaker or  give some additional information about  the country.

         I believe that the knowledge gained through the vivid emotions permanently remain in the memory of students. Therefore, almost every lesson has its own emotional coloring. And the computer in this kind of work - a great help. Slideshow to the classical, or any light popular music, the use of various special effects help to add lyrics  and humor in the classroom. This, in turn, contributes to the achievement of the necessary atmosphere in the classroom.

         The problem of modernization of education can not be solved without the optimal implementation of information technology in all its spheres. Use of information technology gives impetus to the development of new forms and content of the traditional activities of students, leading to their implementation at a higher level. Working with a computer should be arranged so that, with the first lessons of the initial stage of education it has become a powerful psychological and pedagogical means of forming requirement of motivational action plan pupils, means to maintain and further development of  their interest in the subject studying. Properly organized work of students with a computer can help in particular the growth of their cognitive and communicative interests, which in its turn will contribute to enhance and empower the independent work of students in mastering the English language, both  in the classroom and outside school hours.
