on a worldwide policy. From the end of 1960th the processes of politico – law globalization
of world legal consciousness
caused to life the new types of relations, problems and
threats, what the leading states of the West (as basic|main| centers and sources
of globalization) before the necessity of making of new|firsttime| approaches of world legal awareness put, above all things, not only to realization of own interests but
also to determination
of aims, strategy of policy,
in the changeable legal world, valued grounds, that pulled out new tasks ideologo – law to character. Development of the different going near the decision of these tasks determines motion of politico – law processes not only in the USA and Western Europe (ZE) but also in the world
on the whole. After
disintegration of the USSR ideological processes are in develop parts of the world left off to line up round political, economic, legal and valued opposition of two country . Question about the ways of forming of the global political system and
management by it yet from
