The modern tourism industry in recent years has undergone very significant changes due to the introduction of new computer technologies. Successful operation of any company in the market of tourist business is almost impossible without the use of modern information technology. Specificity of technology development and implementation of such systems requires a tourist product, which in no time would provide information on the availability of vehicles and opportunities for tourists, would provide fast backup and reservations, as well as automation solutions supporting tasks in the provision of tourism services (parallel execution of such documents, tickets, invoices, travel guides, ensuring the design and background information, etc..). In other words, the collection, storage, processing and transmission of relevant information is important and necessary condition for the functioning of any tourist enterprise. Business success of some sectors of the economy depends on the transmission rate of information exchange, by its relevance, timeliness of receipt, adequacy and completeness.
