Ways to achieve the optimization of the educational process

In modern psychological and pedagogical science is generally accepted active approach to the study and explanation of the phenomena of learning and education. From these positions can not exist separately knowledge and skills. Modern psychological-pedagogical science has scientifically sound method of learning management. According to the theory of learning, quality control of the learning process is ensured through the management of cognitive activity of students. In this regard, an objective assessment of the quality of the emerging knowledge is formed by the quality of mental activity. The quality of the formed mental activity can be measured by changing the characteristics of the action by which knowledge is formed. Use in the classroom of information regarding the introduction of new advances in science and technology, particularly copyright research and development, student work, not only increases the level of innovative pedagogical skills, but also significantly improves the performance of the educational process such as motivation to study the subject, personal interest in the acquisition of knowledge, interest in research work. Skills of research, should be laid in the school period of training and development in the student research work, which greatly increases the digestibility of the knowledge gained. This work, conducted as in the classroom and when performing research activities, students in the departments of Biochemistry and Physiology. An important condition for successful selection of the optimal variant of training, the presence of the students' problem-exploratory style of thinking. The optimal solution is determined on the basis of creative thinking about possible options appropriate to the situation. In this direction, for students in the departments of biochemistry and physiology are conducted as practical training, and laboratory work. Students are encouraged to identify specific indicators of biological fluids, blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, gastric juice, etc., in several samples or analysis of patients to compare the obtained data, interpret the biochemical and physiological changes, to explain the causes, mechanisms of disorders in various types of pathology. Choice of optimal learning content via the main highlight, interdisciplinary coordination and construction of a rational structure of the educational material, acts as an important group of ways to optimize training to meet the challenges of education, training and development. In order to optimize the maintenance of training teachers in each lesson should strive to achieve the maximum possible effect [1]. Problem-search style of thinking in second-year students in the department of Biochemistry and Physiology, formed in the solution of case studies, analysis of clinical cases. For example, students at the department of Biochemistry, dismantle clinical cases in the analysis of complex topics and sections ("Lipid metabolism", "Biochemistry of hormones", "Biochemistry of the liver" and others.) The students put a number of problematic issues where they need to determine changes in the proposed analysis patients to explain the causes and mechanisms of their occurrence, to learn to diagnose. Obligatory condition of development of the health system is improving the quality of medical graduates competency-based approach. This focus provides a broad introduction of innovative technologies that bring new ways to engage teachers and students [2, 3, s.19-27]. Implementation and use of innovative methods of training should be aimed at the formation of the individual student in accordance with predetermined objectives for the shortest possible time. Method TBL (Team based learning-learning in small groups) is a type of innovative teaching, allowing students to develop teamwork skills. This technology allows a single teacher to effectively teach a few small groups in the same classroom, and the quality of teaching is comparable to learning a small group [4, p. 250-257, 5, 533-5]. Awareness of the need to change the traditional way of teaching, in order to promote active learning and critical thinking through the application of knowledge as opposed to merely memorizing facts through a simple transfer of knowledge from teacher to student, led to the decision to use the technology in practical classes TBL, department of Biochemistry and Physiology. A positive aspect of this interactive method of teaching that student acquires the skills of collective work on the problem together with the other participants.

Thus, the quality control of the learning process is ensured through the management of cognitive activity students. The whole process of optimizing the learning process consists of a set of ways to choose the optimal variant of each of its basic elements - objectives, content, methods, tools, and other forms.
