SELF –REALIZATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN MULTILINGUAL EDUCATION IN KAZAKHSTAN

Kazakhstan is unique with its strong multi-national environment. Multilingual unique space is formed on the land, which is a powerful factor in the progressive development of society. Eurasian roots of the people of Kazakhstan may join the East Asian, Western, European flows and create a unique version of the person in the Kazakh multilingual space.

Multilingual education in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the moment is one of the main directions in higher education. And that higher education is the superintendence of an important stage in the formation and development of the individual in the stage area of multilingual university when consciously formed the core values and principles of life. This institution can provide the student with an environment that provides a harmonious blend of universal humanistic qualities of the person with the ability to complete the implementation of their national, cultural, linguistic and ethnic needs.

In this regard, one of the important tasks of universities expanding multicultural content of the component of higher education, increase of future professionals to master the world's cultural heritage and foreign languages. Foreign language provides direct access to culture and social experience of other countries, as well as calls for the learning process of cultural dialogue, opening up more opportunities for cross-cultural interaction.

Modern education needs teacher who is able to not only think, but also capable of thinking, that is to produce their own meanings to teaching. Only as a result of reflection on the meaning of being in the profession and the process can take place in self-realization of the teacher, his professional - linguistic self, which is, in our opinion, the process of high-quality, focused, conscious change his personal sphere. [1]

Students are from different cultural, ethnic and social groups to study in higher educational institutions. Vocational training is provided in higher education institutions, which are aimed at training future specialist in any sphere, should also be focused on understanding the entire whole, not only with the knowledge and skills of a professional, but also on the creation and improvement of professionally important personal qualities that are an integral part of professional specialist. In this regard, the formation of personality in multilingual space plays an important role in the training of specialists.

However, the modern educational process of university is still traditional and does not have sufficient capacity to deal with this problem. One reason for this is the lack of a holistic concept of the formation of a multicultural identity of the student in the learning process by using the items. But there are a lot of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical ideas that can form the basis of a set of conditions for the effective formation of future specialists in any field of study of foreign languages. [2]...

It should be noted that in the present conditions it is the understanding of the importance of the process of self-realization of language in the professional activity of the future specialist. Self-development of the future specialist is becoming the leading factor of formation of multilingual environment in an educational institution, a factor of the pupil. The result of multilingual activities is the successful development of future specialist in linguistic direction specified by the teacher, and the changes in the personality of the teacher.

In today's socio-economic reforms in the country of special interest is the study of several languages that have a direct influence on the spiritual renewal of society. Linguistic system of values, acting in the public mind, is an important element of human activity and the impact on the process of transforming their lives. In this connection the role of the teacher, his knowledge and his culture of thinking are a multilingual system of values and professionalism. Changed and the role of higher pedagogical education - not a "specialist training" and "education professionals", i.e. above all, a man in the fullness of his personal spiritual wealth and individual identity. This situation is updated for future professionals need to develop their own "path multilingual self" is not feasible without language training [3].

According to the President Nursultan Nazarbayev "... Kazakhstan is unique and strong in its multinational. On his land formed a unique multicultural space ... Multiculturalism Kazakhstan - a progressive factor in the development of society. Eurasian roots of the Peoples of Kazakhstan to interconnect oriental, Asian, Western, European flows and create Kazakhstan's unique scenario multiculturalism "[4].

Multicultural education in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the moment is one of the main directions in the middle - and higher education. That education is a critical step in the process of formation and development of multicultural personality, stage, when consciously formed the core values and principles of life. It is multilingualism able to provide future specialist supportive environment that provides a harmonious blend of universal humanistic qualities of the person with the ability to fully realize its national, cultural, ethnic needs. It should be noted that in the present conditions of human life in a certain way is unified, erased many national differences, the connection is lost person with his roots, impaired moral experience of previous generations. Therefore, before the teacher has an important task - to use all their unique experience and knowledge of the cultural traditions of peoples and ethnic groups, human values and world culture in creating a favorable educational and educational environment conducive to the formation of socially active, self-identity.

To solve this problem it is necessary to:

1 Foster civil values the individual, active citizenship, revitalization and preservation of spiritual and moral traditions.

2 Foster a sense of respect and patriotism, pride in their country and institution.

3 Foster a sense of tolerance and positive attitudes of the individual.

4 Develop a positive attitude to the cultural values of the Kazakhstan society based on the study of world literature.

5 form an idea of a healthy lifestyle, free to participate in cultural and sports activities.
Undoubtedly, the basis of the formation of a multicultural identity is multilingualism. Multilingualism is considered as an effective tool for the preparation of the young generation in an interconnected and interdependent world. In this context, understanding the role of languages in the world today confronts us with the question of language teaching and improving language training. System of principles of learning in the multilingualism: Kazakh - Russian language - English

President Nursultan Nazarbayev has set a high standard to the domestic education. It should be a competitive, high quality, so that the Kazakh school graduates could easily continue their studies in foreign universities. [5]

The essence of self- realization of multilingual most fully revealed in its functions: pointless (defining value-semantic orientation of the future expert), reflexive (self-study language enabling the future specialist, work on yourself, search and personal assessment of their own life and teaching experience), regulatory (predetermining compliance with legal relations), the active interaction (causes the activity and the activity of the future specialist, triggering the mechanism of self-development language).

Analysis functions lead us to an understanding of professional - personal self- realization as the relationship of the following components: self-awareness - self-esteem - self - self-government.

For self-awareness essential characteristics are: logical reasoning and investigative findings on the basis of practical experience; Knowledge of themselves as future professionals and the ideal model of professional activity; the correlation of learned knowledge with the actual attitude of the individual to himself and to others. Deeper understanding of themselves, their aspirations, adequate assessment of their abilities is the basis of clarity of understanding professional goals, firmness and consistency to achieve it. Self-awareness, aimed at a holistic vision of themselves as future specialists, to explore ways multilingual activities, ensures the implementation of the function of goal formation.

The most significant features of the self-realization are conscious to the professional qualities in themselves and others, dissatisfaction with negative or less-developed qualities of his personality and willingness to modify them for the better. Formation of the student as the subject of professional activity means recognizing the personal significance and meaning of their activities. Self-realization, therefore, considered as one of the components of a professional - personal self-development and ensures the implementation of reflective function.

The basis of self-regulation is hands-on training action, evaluation, monitoring, adjustment of the future expert as a person and a subject of activity.

For the most striking manifestations of self-realization are: the prediction results of their own teaching activities, reflect on their own professional activities. Government - is a creative process, which includes a series of sequentially unfolding stages: analysis of contradictions, forecasting, goal-setting, the formation of the criteria for quality assessment decisions for action, monitoring, correction. Self-realization provides an implementation of the function of active interaction.

Professionally - linguistic self-realization is considered by us not as the prevailing finally, and as extending the formation of a higher education institution for the lower classes. The process of becoming a professional - the language of self-development of the future specialist is the process of modifying its various components. These quantitative changes lead to a qualitative leap.

Self-realization, according to psychologists, begins with adult age, ie Long before entering the university, but we believe that student age is the most intense period of self-realization in general, and creative self-development, in particular.

Development of professional self-realization of language occurs:

- In the self-realization of themselves as individuals;

- In the process of understanding the level of preparedness for teaching activities;

- Self-knowledge as a professional;

- In the process of self-realization of its activities and its results;

- In the course of professional self-realization. All of this is directly related to learning and cognitive, and professional and educational activities of students in high school. She (activity) occurs more successfully if future teachers have educational interest, positive attitude to teaching, the need to obtain professional knowledge, skills, commitment to the development of creativity and self-realization as a teacher.

Thus, the development of the society dictates ever-increasing requirements for specialist training. Update intensive production technologies, the integration of scientific knowledge, increasing the complex scientific and applied problems of interdisciplinary nature confront higher vocational school task specialist training, ready for constantly updated creative professional activity.

In this regard, the modern institution of higher education requires the introduction of new approaches to professional multilingual education, providing, along with its fundamental nature and the requirements of state educational standards, the development of personal qualities of the future specialist needs in his professional and linguistic self-realization.
