The improvement of information system
of
orders of medical cosmetics
Creation
of online store is one of the most successful and potentially profitable ways
of conducting multilevel
business. In the modern world multilevel
marketing gained big scope
and on an equal basis competes to a traditional type of business [1]. The
analyzed small business carries out wholesale and retail of medicines. Development
of the Internet resource is necessary for expansion of coverage of audience and
number of buyers, allowing to make out orders online. The subject of research devoted
to this problem is actual.
The
purpose of scientific research is improvement of information system of orders
of medical cosmetics by online store creation.
For achievement
of a goal the following problems were solved: to carry out the analysis of
known development of systems of management of a site; to develop the main
structure of internet-shop (online store); to construct the model of a database
containing the main information for realization of online store; to develop the
section of administration and the client section of online store; to calculate
economic efficiency of the developed online store.
The
review of control systems existing today was made for realization of the first
task by a site CMS [2], both free, and commercial. From the free the following
control systems are presented: Joomla! WordPress, Daneo etc. Commercial:
1C-Bitriks, DataLife Engine, S.Builder, Slaed CMS and Umi.CMS etc. Their main
shortcomings are the high price and inability to maintain a large number of
visits by users. The attention to hosting and administration questions was paid.
As
system of a prototype the control system of a site HostCMS as in it along with
the main functions are realized such as was chosen: unlimited number of shops
on each site; sale of usual and electronic goods (files, PIN codes); the fast
order with background registration of the client; the instruction start date
and the terminations of the publication of goods (allows to limit the period of
sale of goods); exchange with 1C, etc.
The
online store structure from six main sections (the catalog of goods, delivery
and payment, articles, contacts, a basket) was developed. On the main page news
and links to the main sections are located.
The
database which model is given in figure 1 is constructed. These tables are
necessary for ensuring the main functions of online store, such as goods
addition, registration of clients, registration of orders, etc.

For
modularity realization in system the MVC technology consisting of three classes
was chosen (Model – a class for
work with data, comprises functions for access to data and their processings; View – a class for a conclusion of a
template of the interface, contains functions for a conclusion of graphic
templates, various forms and interface blocks; Controller – a class provides interaction with system, processes
data entered by the user and removes a suitable template of the interface.).
The structure of classes of this system is represented in figure 2.

For
convenience of realization and perception of the site, all working page breaks
into four blocks (Fig.3).

The
section of administration is created for management of all online store. In it
all functions necessary for this purpose are realized: the page of management
of the catalog of goods where the administrator sees summary of goods and at
desire can edit it, having pressed the pencil button; the page of addition of
goods where the administrator can add new goods or edits already available in a
database; the page of management of orders of clients by means of which the
administrator looks through all orders made by clients, with full information
on them (each order has a field "status" in which it is reflected, at
what stage there is an order).
The
main part of online store is client on which the catalog of goods takes place.
For convenience of perception the block structure with larger pictures is used.
On this page the client can see summary of goods and, if necessary, add it to
cart, having pressed the corresponding pictogram. After goods addition in a
basket, the user needs to issue the order, for this purpose it needs to follow
the link "basket".
If the
user isn't registered, he is offered to fill in the questionnaire for registration
which appears over the list of the goods put in a basket. After registration,
it is possible to issue the order. For this purpose it is necessary to press
the button "confirm the order". After that the additional page on
which the user can choose a preferred way of delivery of the order and a way of
its payment will be loaded. In a private office the user can see information on
at what stage there is its order.
Main
conclusions: known development of systems of management by a site are analyzed
and the optimum system prototype is chosen; the ergonomic structure of the online
shop, allowing to carry out fast transition between sections is developed; the
database for storage of all data of information system is constructed; are developed
the client section with the catalog of goods and the administration section for
management of all internet-shop; the expected annual profit will make 300$, a
payback period – one year.
