To the question about the technical equipment of agriculture

Agricultural production is an ecological-economic system, which, along with the natural resources, various organizational and legal forms of management and several functional subsystems (economic, technological and social), which aimed at the production of food to meet the population of the territories, as well as raw materials for the processing industry, when reaching the equivalent of relations between the sectors of agribusiness, the state, business and population.

Ecological (natural) the subsystem includes the main means of production in agriculture, land resources and climatic factors, that can be characterized in such a comprehensive index, as hydrothermal ratio (SHR), and the level of man-caused pollution. At strong pollution production of quality and, therefore, competitive products is impossible.

Economic subsystem includes items such as the internal economic relations, distribution of income derived from the implementation of finite types of products between the spheres of agriculture.

Technological subsystem is a set of technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops and animals, appropriate zonal system of agriculture, the interaction between the organization allows you to establish production process.

The social subsystem consists of the following elements: social infrastructure; the workers of enterprises of a certain level of qualification for conducting production; training and retraining; the sphere of personnel training and retraining; sphere of motivational factors, expressing the interests of the employee to increase the efficiency of production.

Between all mentioned subsystems there is a close relationship. Without social infrastructure (housing, children's and medical institutions, schools, food etc) production of agricultural products will be impossible. In turn, the social infrastructure cannot exist without the constant support of repairs carried out at the expense of allocations from the profits of enterprises. In fact, the social sphere of the village serves as a motivational factor stimulating the labour activity of the collectives on productive activities increasing the profit of the enterprise. The higher it is, the more of deductions on development of social objects, the more attractive rural life, the better are fixed to the frames above their qualification, competitive farm, stable food self-sufficiency of the regions and the country's food security.
Kostanay region is a major producer of agricultural products. In the region there are a large number of different large, medium and small organizations, engaged in cultivation of grain and leguminous, маслечных and other vegetable crops, and raising livestock. In animal husbandry, as a rule, cattle meat and dairy direction.

For services to agriculture different techniques had to buy outside the area in the Republic of Kazakhstan and countries of near and far abroad.

Currently Kostanay region is on the way of creation of its mechanical engineering industry, providing agricultural production of necessary equipment. At the initial path joint ventures, mainly with the enterprises of the Russian Federation.

So JSC «Ivolga holding» on the basis of LLP «Агротехмаш» is engaged in manufacture of high performance tractors together with the Saint-Petersburg tractor factory.
