Broker and its role in the system of agriculture

 

Currently, the companies working in the sector of agro-industrial complex, receive a lot of proposals about the purchase of agricultural machinery such as tractors, harvesters, seeders, cultivators, the equipment of cattle-breeding farms, the equipment of processing facilities and much more. At first glance, it is not absolutely no problem to purchase necessary equipment or machinery. It most commonly occurs when solving the issues of quality, guarantee and delivery of equipment, exactly at the right time. To be sure in the quality of the purchased agricultural equipment, timing of their delivery, free yourself from unnecessary hassle, time and money there is a system of intermediaries who take the implementation of these matters. It should be noted that the role of mediator in the system of p-P-P of agricultural machinery can play a variety of  distribution or dealer companies, sales representatives or individuals who carry out activities on marketing, sales, delivery and service maintenance, as well as in advancing the production of agricultural machinery on the basis of the relevant agreement with the manufacturer. Thus the role of the mediator is to know the capabilities of the producer and the consumer needs of agricultural techniques.

There is an opinion that the role of the mediator is unnecessary. However, it should be noted that the consumer of agricultural machinery cannot work with a large number of manufacturers. He knows what and in what quantity it needs for technology and the intermediary should he offer machines from different manufacturers, with different technical and economic indicators. At the same time, the mediator must observe the economic interests of the parties. It should not inflate the price to the consumer, at the same time, the manufacturer cannot underestimate the price of the delivered equipment. In addition intermediary should provide qualified help in selection of necessary equipment, appropriate under the technology of production of agricultural producers. - selecting sets of agricultural machinery and equipment units or individuals for agricultural producers;

- to provide the consumers of agricultural machinery and equipment with spare parts;

- delivery of equipment to the place of operation and its technical support;

-provision of consulting and leasing services;

-providing services on maintenance and repair of equipment.
