Currently,
the companies working in the sector of agro-industrial complex, receive a lot

absolutely no problem to purchase necessary equipment or machinery. It most
commonly occurs when solving the issues of quality, guarantee and delivery of
equipment, exactly at the right time. To be sure in the quality of the
purchased agricultural equipment, timing of their delivery, free yourself from
unnecessary hassle, time and money there is a system of intermediaries who take
the implementation of these matters. It should be noted that the role of
mediator in the system of p-P-P of agricultural machinery can play a variety of
distribution or
dealer companies, sales representatives or individuals who carry out activities
on marketing, sales, delivery and service maintenance, as well as in advancing
the production of agricultural machinery on the basis of the relevant agreement
with the manufacturer. Thus the role of the mediator is to know the
capabilities of the producer and the consumer needs of agricultural techniques.
There
is an opinion that the role of the mediator is unnecessary. However, it should
be noted that the consumer of agricultural machinery cannot work with a large

time, the mediator must observe the economic interests of the parties. It
