Psychologists said that in a number of important traits of social
mobility, affecting the formation of a special way of life and the
peculiarities of the content of the principle of self-realization. Each person
in the world must possess many qualities, among which in the first place should
be put as a property of adaptability to adapt to any life circumstances without
losing the personal potential. Equally important quality should be considered
the tolerance as tolerance to other positions. Such a quality of person as
self-sufficiency refers to the concept of self-esteem and it is characterized
by the absence of anxiety, depression, depression and aggression [1].
In social psychology, the four areas of
human needs and the ability to identify which set and creates the phenomenon of
identity. These include physiological
sphere - like Bio systems; psycho-emotional sphere; actual functional scope - both intellectual
ability to set goals and objectives, to forecast, plan and anticipate; and reflex scope, i.e. the ability to
analyze, monitor and draw conclusions. If the first and the second sphere in
infancy have animals, the third and fourth characterize only human. At the same
time, the development of any one of the two spheres of human needs and
capabilities allow, according to psychologists, to assert that the person held.
The research on the problems of
development of the society, state that the problem of identity formation - is
the context of cultural history, historical forms of human activity and
communication. Formation of the cultural qualities of the person represented in
the system by means of various factors (family, school, team, organization,
social environment, media, folklore and literature), and the education and
training are regarded as important components of social progress [2].
Cultural
personality traits reveal the level of individual achievements. Wide horizons,
activity, emotional receptivity to everything new and progressive is a measure
of cultural identity as well as the
creative direction of her forms of social activity. Culture identity appears as
the totality of its political, scientific, technical, professional, moral and
aesthetic forms. In the aspect of our study an important feature, demonstrating
the high level of cultural development, it is an indicator of its adaptability.
Personality, ready to adapt for a variety
of properties - the lack of basal anxiety, depressive state, continuous
improvement and development of creative potential, the desire for
self-actualization are the engine of progress. Traditionally referred to
conditions - anatural talent for
self-realization and the favorable medium was supplemented with a third factor
- the public system to inculcate
thinking skills, the creation of a new, creative search activity.Axiomatic
judgment of human needs and the ability to think. But often, and intellectual
activity does not avoid stereotypes [3].
Well-developed ability to think did not give guarantee to solve the
second part of the problem - the nature of intrinsic motivation, which is
induced in a person due to external motivational space. The main parameters of
motivational space are: public recognition of the importance of the
individual's activities; ensuring its self-assertion; getting them material or
spiritual reward, satisfaction of his claim on the social prestige (education,
origin, nature of work, position, way of life), the development of the
individual development needs arising from its place in society, aspirations,
problems of interaction with the environment. This combination of abstract and
logical, theoretical, concrete-sensuous, spiritual and practical knowledge is
formed in the educational process, provided support for culture as a system of
forming national and universal values.
An important condition for social
adaptability is the national psychology. National-psychological community of
people formed under the influence of many factors, depends on different
determinants and historical regularities. The main ones include the following:
1) the geographic and climatic conditions; 2) the specifics of national
existence and nature of the material and spiritual activities; 3) features of
the socio-political history of the nation [4].
Development of ethnocultural processes intended to contribute to the
moral improvement of society, care and respect for the mother tongue, the
desire to know the historical roots, national customs, traditions and ethnic
culture as the main indicator of the moral maturity of a society. All of this
together - and there are those conditions that are designed to affect the
formation of the people's high degree of adaptability.
The uniqueness of the gene pool of any ethnic group depends largely on
the ethno-psychological characteristics of ethnic and cultural identity and,
therefore, in the formation of adaptive personality, should take into account
the interests of ethno-social and ethnic factors [5].
Adoption of other nationalities, the
total national - one of the most important laws of spiritual development of
society.National as a concept always related to ethnic group, with the features
of ethnographic interpretation of national culture, national thinking, with the
psychological makeup of the nation and the realms of human consciousness.
Ethnic communities are shaped by socio-economic and ethno-cultural factors.
This objective is a natural process that takes place on the basis of
differences in their own and other features in the ethnic culture. This pattern
is the subject of consciousness and self-awareness.
Ethnic identity, as a form of social consciousness, is formed on the
basis of contrasting properties, images and other features in the ethnic and
cultural contacts. In the process of interaction between the people of each other, ethnic and cultural
communication patterns emerge. A characteristic feature of ethnic identity is
the presence of a whole range of emotionally-colored patterns, as well
facilitate the adaptation process in the formation of personality.
The main ethnic factors, qualitative changes in the national
consciousness are: socio-economic, ethnic and cultural identity,
ethno-psychological characteristics, historical and ethnographic specificity,
natural and landscape environment, moral and ethical values and
mother tongue. The uniqueness of ethno-cultural phenomenon of our multi-ethnic
region that geographical location at the meeting point of two world cultures -
Asian and European, which significantly affects the formation of the younger
generation of self-consciousness.
An individual space of the world is the range in which develops to a
certain stage of thinking, and thus the reflection of the individual. However,
the movement of the steps of the social space also includes an interval of personal
freedom, consisting in respect of the individual act to the norms of behavior
in this space, and the regulatory system as a whole [6].
All of these types of
relationships have subjective attitude, expressing personal readiness for
submission, or changes in the regulatory system. The above factors structuring
and regulation of personal relationships make the world of the individual link
connecting not only the elements of civilizations, fragments of cultures, but
also different social spaces, turning them into a cultural space that functions
in three-dimensional time dimension - present, past and future.
These
are the main provisions of the methodological framework, relying on which we
have been considering the conditions of formation of ethnic and cultural
identity.
