It
is known that the protein compounds are the most important components provide
the human organism with plastic and energetic materials. By their structure
protein compounds are the amphoteric compounds. It requires special reagents in
order to identify their reactivity groups. We tested the original AB HxE method
to identify acidic and basic proteins in embryonic tabs differentiating, which
consist in contrasting hematoxilin and eosin (g.-e.), micropreparations using
as a first eosin dye (A.I.Brusilovskij, 2004; A.N. Barsukov, 2010), with
parallel staining micropreparations g.-e. in the traditional sequence and
special dyes for the detection of total, acidic and basic proteins. For the purpose
, were studied histological sections maxillofacial apparatus of human embryos
and fetuses, ranging from 4 to 12 week of age.
Establised
the histogenetic changes in
embryotic maxillofacial tabs
accompanied by a rising of biologically active substances in tissue structures.
On the earliest stages of embryogenesis there found a positive reaction with
amido-black 10B and bromphenol blue for total protein in which in this period present
both acidic and basic proteins, in the same topographical areas it clearly confirmed by stainig
micropreparations g.-e. and the method of ABxHE in comparative perspective. In
a further amphoteric proteins accumulation dynamics characterized by
histotopographic specificity. The
intensity of their biosynthesis turns
out to be higher in those maxillofacial tissue structures that differ
accelerated rate differentiation. To those, first of all, refer the
epithelium, subepithelial mesenchyme that rapidly undergoes transformation into
young connective tissue and it
condensetes in the zones of cartilage separation and bone rudiments, and since
the 7th week of fetal development and
also in the rudiments of chewing muscles.
In
this way, the application of AB HxE along
with parallel stainig micropreparations g.-e. in the traditional sequence allows a high degree of reliability not only
on the qualitative composition of protein compounds in the structures of
differentiated tissues, but also to trace the pattern of intensity of their
biosynthesis in the age aspect.
