Possibilities of innovative technologies in upgrading of quality in
higher education
In «the concept
of the state politics in the educational sphere of republic of Kazakhstan» it
is accurately shown that the idea of formation of new generation of people with
innovative creative type of thinking, with developed outlook culture, highly
skilled professionals with ethically responsible relation to the world should
become a strategic reference point of reforming of an education sphere [1].
From the point of view of vocational training, positions of the Concept of
formation of Republic Kazakhstan should be understood as necessity of
preparation of the future expert which has a possibility to use the received
knowledge as for the decision of standard, and non-standard professional
problems.
Innovative
technology – is the process of organizational activity on management of its
development. The educational innovative technology is such selection of
operational actions of the teacher with learner in a result of which the
motivation of the learner is essentially improved to the educational process,
among which a leading place is given to personal-focused, integration,
informational of collective action, distance, developing, module-developing
etc. technologies [2]. Usage of innovative technologies in educational process
is directed on improvement of quality of experts’ preparation and activation of
a role of independent work of students. Among the basic innovative technologies
in education it is possible to allocate the following: personal-focused,
integration, informational, distance, developing, modular training, etc. We
want to stop on the integration and informational technologies of training.
The integration
technology is the technology of training which is carried out by means of
integration, a combination of methods and a material of various sciences.
Integration into world educational space is a process of interosculation and
association in a single whole of the most various directions of scientific
knowledge of the world, interaction of various methods and ideas. In the
conditions of signing of Bolonsky process by Kazakhstan and introductions of
credit technology of training occurs the interaction with the world educational
system. Since Kazakhstan has passed to credit technology of learning, in our
university on several specialities of a bachelor degree, magistracies, doctoral
studies are developed and introduced the state obligatory standards of
training, typical curricula and programs, study-methodical complexes of
disciplines and electronic textbooks. If the integration is the association in
a single whole, and the association
goes on logic process from the particular to the general so integration differs
by the quality. Thus, the integration technology is the maintenance
association, interrelation and interaction of objects making it and processes,
these interactions define the new properties of system, which are lack at its
separate elements. The main thing that defines system is interrelation and
interaction of parts within the limits of whole. As an example for it within
the walls of our high school the new subject «art work», which integrates into
itself a technique of teaching of the fine arts and a technique of training to
work is taught.
Prompt
development of information of a society, the electronic mass media, new
technical means and telecommunications brings a lot of innovation into content and
methodology of training in higher educational institutions (further – high schools). According to it there was
actual problem of the organization of high schools’ students training with the
application of informational technology.
In the beginning
of the XX-th century of Zh.Aimauytov wrote: «After leaving school the child
should look at the world through a prism of the received knowledge on own and
another's experience. Here is a training ultimate goal». So we do a conclusion
that ideas of the author are still finding the response today [3].
Information
technologies are actively applied for the improvement of quality of students
training of our high school. For this purpose in our high school the
corresponding pedagogical conditions which are directed on the formation of
information culture of teachers, perfection and development of study-material
and information base are created. The century of developed technology demands
the transition from the computer literacy to information literacy, on the basis
of it the information culture should be generated. Information culture is
knowledge about the information environment, laws of its functioning, ability
of being effectively guided in information streams. Therefore for today for
higher educational institutions of republic it is necessary to bring up the
person on the basis of national reference points competitive, professionally
competent, who has the ability of extract the necessary information
independently.
Thus, information
competence is the ability to accept opportunities of information and
communicational technologies, for solving the studying, domestic and
professional tasks. The prompt improvement of information and communicational
technologies is the usage of the term “information and communicational
competence” expediently. Information
and communicational competence is the ability of solving every problem and task
with the help of computer, information means and telecommunication.
In the concept of
information of an education system of Republic Kazakhstan it is written that
the purpose and tasks, methods and mechanisms, directions of information of all
steps of formation form the comprehensive system [4].
Information system of Republic’s education
consists of several stages:
I stage: general
mastering of modern information technology – the opening of the computer
classes, the organization of special preparation of teachers and students for
mastering by means of telecommunication, interactive systems, the base data,
software.
II stage: active
introduction of modern information technologies in teaching of traditional
disciplines, to reconsider the education maintenance, the software, the
computer courses.
III stage: a full
reorganization of continuous education, distance learning, the change of methodical
provision of learning.
Efficiency of
introduction of the information technologies in educational process:
• possibility of
carrying out of educational process according to readiness level, abilities,
specific features, interests, requirements of students;
• adaptation of
informative activity of students to individual activity;
• stimulation of
students to independent activity;
• strengthening
of interdisciplinary integration, learning the phenomenon and event in a
complex;
• the usage of
results of learning in a practice;
• stimulation of
the aspiration of students to independent knowledge getting;
• possibility of
change of forms and organization methods of individual works of students.
Multimedia
technologies are considered as a component of the information
technologies. Multimedia technology is
the complex of equipment rooms and the software which allow the person to
communicate with the computer by using the most different means: a drawing,
hypertexts, a sound, animation, video.
The usage of multimedia technologies in educational process has allowed
to allocate following levels:
The first level the preparation for performance of
independent works, reproduction of the previous knowledge, possessing of a new
knowledge;
The second level
the usage of the possessed knowledge in independent situations;
The third level
usage of the possessed knowledge in independent situations with the creative
adaptation.
The fourth level the readiness for the creative activity
and reception of new results.
In the conclusion
we want to tell that in credit technologies the learning from bachelor degree
to the postdiplomic education, with the help of systematic, consistent learning
realizes the preparation of the competent, creative, competitive specialist.
