A market economy is characterized the high dynamics of all processes and phenomena, permanent changing of periods of getting up and slump. In these terms economic to the subjects a tool is needed, providing stability of conduct of economic activity, allowing flexibly to manoeuvre resources for forming of active behavior at the market. The performance of by so volume objective is impossible without  rational and effective use of progressive methods of conduct of management what diversification is. Realization of diversification allows to smooth out the negative consequences of economic processes and provide efficiency of reproduction process due to the most profitable use of present productive and administrative potential. Diversification of production supposes scalene development of new types of production with the change of nomenclature of the produced products and services, satisfying is new enterprises public necessity, attended with the quality changes of various structures of enterprise. Diversification allows flexibly to redirect present resources and distribute risks of economic activity between the different sectors of production. Strong growth of profitableness of enterprise is provided in the conditions when it aspires to the permanent updating of all parameters of the economic activity, is in a state of permanent development. If managing subjects stops the choice of н For this purpose it is necessary to analyse possible situations on enterprises and dynamics of the financial state of enterprise. Defining a necessity or expediency of diversification on enterprises,  it is needed to conduct the estimation of expediency of realization of forthcoming transformations, using a criterion wrap-round technical is technological unity, universality of equipment, personnel (sufficientness of his quantity and qualification), employment of industrial capacity and produced production distribution. In case of literate certain possibility of realization of diversification of production, and more precisely her expediency. Since expediency of diversification of production is certain, a question gets up about the choice of acceptable variant of diversification. The correct estimation of financial potential of enterprise allows to define direction and choose the certain type of diversification qualificatory the strategic aims of enterprise from one side, and forming exit on the new stages of development with other. For the reasonable choice of acceptable variant of diversification enterprise also must be informed enough of situation in an external and internal environment.

There are two main types of diversification - constrained and unrelated. The constrained diversification is the new area of activity of enterprise, related to the existent areas of business.

The unrelated diversification is a new area of activity, not having obvious connections with the existent spheres of business. Most producers come running to diversification then, when they create financial resources superior necessary for maintenance of competitive edges in the primary spheres of business. Diversification can come true through the internal market of capitals, restructuring, transmission of specific arts between the strategic zones of management, and also allocation of resources. At the internal market of capitals a main office executes functions of the strategic planning, determines financial goals . guided in the process of creation and development. An aim consists of help by him to activate the activity, change character of actions, develop new strategies at the level of strategic zones of management and infuse into new financial and technological resources. In that case, when strategy of transmission of arts or experience of activity is used, the new type of business is examined as related to the existent strategic zones of management. The transmissions of such arts that reduce expenses in divercification company are usually used use of general productions, channels of distribution, facilities of advancement etc. Thus, in every strategic zone of management less investments are required as compared to the autonomous decision of this question. Under the synergetics effect of the constrained diversification the receipt of greater net income is implied the diversifyed economic system, what sum of net incomes of the types of activity included in her composition, if they were formolation in the separate economic  systems operating  independently and key arts can be used in the wide range  of branch and commercial situations, and also general expenses do not excel sizes necessary at allocation of resources or transmission of arts. Enterprises can choose the unrelated diversification, if the arts of base strategic zones of management are highly specialized and does not have an appendix on a side, and expenses on a management do not exceed sizes necessary for realization of strategy of internal market. Diversification is the effective form of приспособле optimal variant depends first of all on financial potential of enterprise. The correct choice of type of diversification allows along with the achievement of strategic aims, to go out on the new level of development of enterprise, increase mass of profit, level of ROA by flowing of capital in more attractive spheres of activity, to prevent bankruptcy and save skilled potential.
