To the question of practicability of electronic self-directed method usage in the content of ethno-colouristics study

International experience shows that the most successful strategy is the integration of acculturation, saving person’s own cultural identity, along with person’s mastering of the other ethnic groups cultures, expressed in particular in the use of language in colour-naming equivalents. Hence the need for competitive members of society who can live and work in a multicultural environment, knowledgeable and respectful of not only their own ethnic culture, but also the culture of other ethnic groups, able to communicate in foreign languages, possessing cultural and linguistic norms and combining in the activity (whether academic or professional) national interests represented by different linguistic means is vital today. One of the ways of solving this problem is teaching ethno-colouristics in German language. It is a new discipline, considering the colour in all its breadth and scope in terms of traditional folk art and culture, its impact on different areas of human activity is performed by means of the colour range of creative tasks, as well as formal , informal and non-formal education aimed at the implementation of professionally oriented to training a specialist of the XXI century.

Training of ethno-colouristics is focused both on its own creative activity of students, and the major components of ethno-colouristic culture, as well as for the organization of the learning process, aimed at mastering by the students the aesthetics of colour inherent in various ethnic groups and the decision of ethno-colouristic tasks, which promotes the use of the electronic self-directed method based on: a) on modern principles of cognitive science, and b) a natural desire to learn [3, p . 39]. According to the statement of T.M. Balykhina, doctor of pedagogic sciences, one of "... the benefits of electronic self-education lie in its independence and, therefore , the emergence of independent learners , i.e. those who wish to learn, to be educated, but on their own terms" [1, p. 20-22] that distinguishes independent study of traditions "serial" education, as it should educate users to what they want and in a way that they like. In this case, in the process of ethnic and cultural education in general and in particular in the field of ethno-colouristics that begins with studying the development of cultural treasures of the native people, and, as they comprehend, apply to the field of artistic culture, traditional folk art of the peoples of Russia, the countries of neighboring and far foreign countries the capabilities of an innovative method of electronic self-directed learning are used: interactivity, multimedia, hypermedia, mobility, adaptability, versatility, remote accessibility (see [3]).

Under the condition of systematic use of information, technology in conjunction with an innovative method of communication in educational opportunities substantially increase fullness of educational information, for example, in the study of colour semantics theme in popular culture of Slavs students prepare their own video presentations, slide shows usage of materials which have analyzed the symbolism of white colour of Russian and German peoples: dressing up the dead girls in white due to the Russian ceremony of wedding-funeral ritual, the white woman - a mermaid - Nixe, die; Wasserjungfer, die; brownie - Belluno - Hausgeist, der; Kobold, der, etc.; detection in language of phraseological units (have a white / (not ) tarnished reputation - (k) eine (blüten) weiße Weste haben, etc.) about the significance of yellow Germans: der gelbe Neid - black envy, and Russian: yellow coloured eggs intended for Easter in remembrance, and the Trinity semitsky rituals, etc.

The development of educational communications based on the information technology provides an output of the educational system of an institution for the design and implementation of student-centered learning under certain conditions:

a) correspondence of information means by individual characteristics of students, their level of training, professional specialization. Thus, the study of those Mosaic art, Colour Symbolism in iconography, etc., a special attachment to the plasma or LCD- display is used, allowing you to control computer applications or write in digital ink and then save the information or send it by e -mail (e.g., domestic assignments to students, studying the speciality «Architecture» and others , include: Describe the symbolic language of colour murals of Romanesque and early Gothic artists eras, Prepare illustrative examples of the golden / red colour as a symbol of joy and bliss / martyrdom and suffering in iconography and, etc). The accuracy touch to interactive whiteboard without losing image quality is relevant in the study of colour as a sign of those disciplines as Colour as a social position, Color and state symbols, such as lesson - discussion about the symbolism of the three colour bands of the Russian flag as a reflection of cultural tradition being the basis of the three estates of the Russian society (nobility - White, tradesmen / commoners - blue or light blue, peasants / people - red ) or three Slavic people (Belarusians - White, Ukrainians - blue, Russian - red) [2];

b) construction of educational information on the basis of interdisciplinary connections to major topics and cycles that combine related courses and disciplines into a single educational sphere.

The development of students’ creative abilities and activation of their cognitive abilities can be done in the classroom in a language laboratory (for example, in the study of those features colour in literature, semantics of colour objects of cultural heritage under UNESCO protection (Moscow Kremlin and Red Square, White Monuments of Vladimir and Suzdal Golden mountains of Altai), etc.) using the subject collections, portraits, photographs, illustrations, video-tours, interactive models in the design process of the screen using the LCD-projector.

Training sessions are supplemented by oral reports illustrated by image information presented on the screen, multi-layered images and sound content of audio- visual information, for example, when studying the topic Magical effects of colour the symbolism of the blue colour is presented by images of blue / blue sky as a symbol of eternity, kindness, honesty and good repute - in heraldry, by the main colours of magicians and wizards’ clothing with the use of historical examples of negative connotations of the blue colour in German (in the house with painted blue frames a witch lives) and Russian traditional culture (in Russian language a devil was featured as blue bream, Ivan the Terrible was afraid of people with blue eyes, blue-eyed people had the ability to heal people among the Southern Slavs, etc.). At the same time favorable conditions for the formation of sensory representations of aesthetic perception, stimulation of creative thinking, imagination, association, that is a reflection of the health - sparing, in-cultural function in the pedagogical process,  are created for the students;

c) regular updatable educational communications in the aspect of correction, supplement of existing educational information, as well as changing the way of its demonstration. So, when viewing in video-tours about European cities, informal name contains colour-naming: blue (Spanish town Khuskar , the Indian city of Djodhpur), yellow (Mexican cities Ayzamal, Izamal / Itsamal), gold (the Indian city of Djaisalmer), brown (Portuguese town of Podao), red (the French city Kolnon - la-Rouge, the Moroccan city of Marrakech), pink (the Indian city of Djaipur, the French city of Toulouse), blue (Moroccan city of Shefshauen Algerian city of Constantine), etc. [4 ] allows to cover social and cultural events with their subsequent demonstration during classes by means of incorporating them into the learning process, as video documents confirm / refute the thesis to be discussed, develop students’ creative thinking.

The application of the electronic self-directed education in the process of ethno-colouristics study greatly enhances the presentation of educational information , allows to strengthen students’ motivation to form a reflection of their own labour , and open new opportunities for developing subject-subject (teacher - student) interactions in the educational process. At the same time universal opportunities of the innovative method allow to include them as a learning tool practically in all disciplines and courses.
