Some problems in application of
using innovative educational technologies in the teaching of legal disciplines
In modern conditions labor productivity, which strategic
resource is the human capital, has to become a long-term basis of economic
prosperity and competitiveness. The state has to make a contribution for the
development of this resource.
Without educated people it is impossible to develop
modern infrastructure, to create effective government, to provide favorable
business climate.
In the process of maintaining a course of any legal
discipline, a necessary condition for effective teaching is not only
introduction of technical means of training, but also the technique of teaching
which is included interactive thinking and special approach to students. In our
opinion, the features of legal education are achieving skills of critical
thinking during learning, sober ability to assess a situation and look on the
society objectively, as the main component of our constitutional state. The
main goal in teaching legal disciplines, consists in an available statement of
an essence of theoretical material, for example when studying, normative legal
acts, it is necessary to give the chance to the trained students to state the
version of application of this or that precept of law in different life
situations where legal intervention as the essence of standard legal acts
consists not only in a resolution of conflicts.
Today’s main practical problem in teaching legal
disciplines, is insufficiently effective application of knowledge of standard
legal acts according to the realities of our society. The solution of this task
is necessary for maintenance of the mode of legality in our state as the main
pursued goal in teaching is education and development of socially fair member
of civil society. It is also necessary to note that teaching legal disciplines
mainly important in formation of the student as full-fledged citizen who is an
integral part of society, especially it is actual now when the youth actively
participates in social, economic and political life in the country.
Schooling
such disciplines, has to be expedient and be based not only on theoretical
material, but also on practical approach, it is necessary to apply that active
form of study which would provide information and logical potential to
students. Understanding of the student of the purpose of the taught discipline
is formed by his knowledge and orientation of thinking when studying material,
competent and available supply of theoretical material as the abstraction of
the theory that depends on this process how effectively subject is projected on
the plane of real life.
In teaching legal disciplines, achieving fundamental
knowledge in the field of legal regulation of this subject by the students has
to be a main goal, the main objectives are necessary to designate acquaintance
and knowledge acquisition on the general concepts and the main sources in a
subject, a state legal mechanism, scientific adaptation in the field of
studying of legal literature, and also much important development of skills not
only applications, but also the analysis and improvement of knowledge of a
subject.
In the course of material studying students investigate these
or those conflict situations and disputes arising in society, it gives the
chance to students not only to increase the level of knowledge and to check own
opinions, but to feel as the full-fledged citizen of the constitutional state.
Seminar occupations are necessary for fixing of the gained knowledge when studying
discipline therefore process of carrying out seminar occupations has to be
accurately adjusted and concern specifically designated subjects which includes
theoretical and practical questions on application of concepts, norms and
requirements of rather studied subject.
One of priorities in strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" our
President N. A. Nazarbayev designated - modernization of techniques of teaching
which includes, change of an orientation and accents of curricula of secondary
and higher education, having included programs for training in practical skills
and obtaining practical qualification there.
Application of this technique will provide the best
assimilation of a subject, along with finding practical skills and abilities to
work with educational and methodical material.
