      The professional culture is the part of the general culture representing level acquired and daily shown by the expert of art of professional activity, scientific thought reflecting achievement and practical experience in interests of moral health of society, Wednesday, social progress. It is characterized not only moral of the personality, but also her emotional manifestation.
      Quite often professional culture of the person unreasonably identify with his professional skill. Such approach is caused by that in professional skill of the expert art of its professional activity and ability to achieve result is shown.
       Social work is one of the spiritualized types of professional activity. Its emergence was caused by considerable changes in economic, political and social life of the country which aggravated existing and designated new problems of education, development and social formation. Formation of social work as professions, which appointment rendering the competent help to the population, humanization of sociocultural habitat, assistance to social formation of the personality. Occurs at a dominating role of social pedagogics, pedagogical aspects of the social help and protection of the person. Therefore the question of pedagogical culture and professional ethics of the social worker costs rather sharply.
      The pedagogical culture is understood as the level of art of the teacher acquired and daily shown by the person in relation to itself, other people, children.
Considering that the sphere of manifestation of pedagogical qualities of the person in the environment of activity wider, it is necessary to allocate social and pedagogical culture which represents the social experience of pedagogical activity acquired and daily shown by the person according to age and the activity sphere.
The expert of the social sphere has to own professional culture. The pedagogical culture has for it special value as it works with people having special needs, social problems.
This category of people especially needs human participation and the direct help.
      For allocation of these or those aspects characterizing pedagogical culture of the worker of the social sphere, it is necessary to define its structure originally. Usually allocate internal and external components of pedagogical culture. Internal component often the similar to level of that knowledge and abilities which the person has. But it is impossible to agree with such approach since happens that, the person possessing big "baggage" of knowledge, in practice, most often, isn't able and doesn't use the skills and abilities. This fact testifies that level of knowledge characterizes only professional competence of the person.
      And the internal culture is a that core that basis which in much defines his behavior in various life situations, professional activity. Thus the created personal qualities ideals, requirements and motives define the sphere and conditions of their daily manifestation. It is possible to allocate the main components of internal culture of the expert of the social sphere:

 

* individually – personal level;

* world outlook level;

* sensual and emotional level;

* rational level;
The external component of pedagogical culture social is that finds daily manifestation in the relation to object.
 In essence the internal pedagogical culture of the expert is the social and pedagogical experience saved up by it; the external – individual style of professional activity.
The exit to professional level of statement of social work demands that this profession was chosen by people of special personal qualities. Activity of the social teacher is a zone of trust between people, a way to their mutual understanding and mutual aid.
     The personal qualities of the social teacher providing its professional suitability, empathy, goodwill, sensitivity, authenticity, openness, concreteness, spontaneity, skill to communicate, initiative.
     The person who has chosen this profession, has to be a humanist, possess high spiritual and general culture, to be the teacher, the psychologist and the social worker realizing the active role.
Specifics of functions of the social teacher assumes a limited combination of personal and professional qualities, broad education in the person of knowledge  sphere. Except personal and professional qualities, the social teacher has to possess wide practical experience which represents the acquired skills. In essence it is same "capital" which passed approbation by the social worker and it can be used by it in typical situations. Pedagogical skill consists of level of proficiency in the expert in pedagogical technologies, techniques, means and receptions; developments in it pedagogical equipment; self-government; verbal and nonverbal, the direct and mediated impact on the person, culture of communication; standard of speech.
The originality of the acquired practical experience of the expert, development of its professionally important qualities find manifestation in its personal social and pedagogical experience and individual style of pedagogical activity which is an originality of individual manifestation of pedagogical skill and equipment in social work. Also individual style of the social worker includes:

* manifestation by the expert of as professional;

* a moral ideal of the expert in professional activity;

* attitude of the expert towards, the work;

* pedagogical step and ethics;

* level of reached results.

      High level is characteristic for the expert having abilities to social and pedagogical activity, skilled in the course of social work.interested in the pedagogical self-improvement and actively realizing this experience in daily professional activity As rules, such expert achieves good results.

        Low level of pedagogical culture is characteristic for people who in the activity didn't realize importance of this aspect. From communication with them quite often there is a heavy deposit a dissatisfaction at a solution. In their work the desire, support, participation isn't felt.
      At definition levels of culture of the social worker proceed from his social status: whether it passed professional adaptation, whether has experience, a certain qualification. Such approach not always correctly, that the person passed qualification not always is competent in the of activity. Everything depends on the level of culture acquired by the person during the his life. Though with growth of professionalism increase also criterion of an assessment of its level of culture.
        Professional competence means by itself the knowledge formulated in the course of activity and ability which influence quality of the solution of professional tasks, developments personal qualities
       One more indicator of pedagogical culture of the social worker is an efficiency of interaction with people.The social worker has to consider the person as the complete personality, to consider his biological, psychological, social and spiritual condition, has to conduct the relations with the client, observing his advantages. To avoid an assessment of their value, based both on personal opinion, and on the dominating public relations.
      Considering all these criteria of level of culture of the social worker, it is necessary to specify and ways of their formation, there is a set of the ways, here some of them:
One of main-this to promote increase of the general culture of the expert as it defines the personality and helps the fullest manifestation of her pedagogical culture.

      Summing up it is possible to note that the leading role in mastering by social and pedagogical culture of the worker of the social sphere belongs to him, his system of work on. Also there is an expression culture of professional self-education of the teacher that is the highest form of satisfaction of informative need of the identity of the expert connected from a manifestation of strong-willed efforts, with high degree of consciousness and organization of the person, acceptance on itself internal responsibility. Any of  the stated ways separately doesn't solve a problem, increase of pedagogical culture of the worker of the social sphere. Only in a complex and at interest of the expert they can promote really to a solution of the problem of its increase socially – pedagogical culture.
