verify the valued principles of civilization sort, that, after the conducted
researches [1-6]
anthropological which not enough are actively used in actual research of problems. Unfortunately, mass world
mechanization of integration of science
and education
distracted attention of
scientists from research
of features of cognition,
peculiar preeminently to the man which is basis
and the most important component
of this integration. The study of this features is instrumental in optimization of process of cognition, integration of
Ukrainian science and education,
as, in spite of
everything growing mechanization and automation intellectual activity, a basic subject and simultaneously
instrument of cognition as well as before is a man - subject of legal consciousness. By the basic tendencies of introduction|introducting| cognitive-anthropology values of integration of
Ukrainian science and education
followings: 1)
higher education must outgrow in education, in which a basic
task will be formed on
becoming and development of legal knowledges, abilities and skills of
independent
orientation, in the
wide world of information, in problem studies which gives skill of valuable search|detect| and use of knowledges; 2) on a foreground on the whole (not professional) the
developing function of higher education, contributory infringement, must go out education, including, to the capture all variety of present in
luggage of humanity of intellectual operations; 3) development of intellectual,
physical, spiritual and other capabilities. Thesis about the necessity of more wide
application for cognitive-anthropology
values of integration of Ukrainian science and education|formation| additionally visualized in the sharp necessity of the use and account in the process
of studies of age-old, sexual, cultural, mental, emotionally
perceptible, physical
and volitional descriptions of man. Such is needed for forming of new base of methodological principles
of subsequent
research of processes of production and recreation of uncrosses scientific and theoretical knowledge,
presented in the uncrosses loop of social activity of Ukrainian legal
consciousness and culture.
