GOING NEAR STUDY OF CO-OPERATION OF LEGAL, MORAL AND MORAL CONSCIOUSNESS
Global transformations, related actually to changing of
social-economic structure, are accompanied the difficult|complex| processes of changes in consciousness of personality. It would be an illusion
to consider that in public consciousness of change take place automatically
with changing of the political and economic systems. In a transitional period
deepened crisis, attended with deformation of individual|first-aid| consciousness, valued orientation of personality the spiritual world of
personality, with
realities of life requires sensible
of many theoretical pictures the collision of the folded stereotypes of
correlation of objective reality and individual consciousness, about co-operation of legal,
moral and moral consciousness of personality [1].
At the same time, many aspects of
co-operation of legal, moral and moral consciousness of personality remain yet insufficiently
known. Anomic or marginal state of society has influence on individual consciousness man. In
connection with transformation of legal and moral values in a state of anomie there are such forms of individual consciousness, as sense of
justice and moral consciousness. It, in same queue, influences on their
co-operation in everyday reality. It is impossible not to take into account
those changes in consciousness personalities which take place in connection with passing
of Ukraine to the market. The question is about forming of such personality qualities, as an
enterprise, competitiveness, sense
of responsibility of owner et cetera These qualities are not engendered in
people at once, but
formed gradually. The said testifies to undoubted actuality of study of
problems of co-operation of legal, moral and moral consciousness of personality in the period of
transition of Ukraine from totalitarian society to democratic and determines the choice of theme and basic directions of the real research|work-up|. In the period of passing to the market
relations in posttotality
societies legal consciousness is characterized the row
of features: a) they are in
a permanent transformation crisis; b) their moral and legal the
normative-valued systems are in a state of anomie; c) the
process of social-legal
modernization causes
deformation of individual
consciousness of citizens. Features of co-operation of legal, moral
consciousness of personality
in a transitional period the conditionality anomic
state of society and
individual. The system of objective and subjective factors of form-build of legal consciousness determines
co-operation of legal, moral and moral consciousness of personality, at what parallel is formed understanding of consciousness as integral|integrated| quality of personality, co-operation of legal,
moral and moral consciousness of personality, as higher form
of social-legal activity of man, formed as a result. The modern the legal state of posttotality
society forms the necessity of creation of legal, moral and moral terms for forming of
business culture of businessmen. In domestic scientific
literature at consideration of categories a "moral" and
"morality"
appeared two opposite position. Such visible philosophers and legists, as P. F. Anisimov,
G.G. Akmambetov. Bandzeladze, M
Kareva, E. A. Lukasheva consider that these two concept|notion| is fully studies of synonyms, and there is
not a need to contrast them. A similar
