Perfect management and perfect managers as a new level of proprietorship

The world of proprietorship has changed dramatically over the past years. Companies are more global and employee groups more diverse than ever before. Organizational structures are less hierarchical and more collaborative. In addition, today’s networked offices are full of technological distractions that would have been unimaginable to the 21th-century manager.

There are five areas or trends, which are emerging as the key influencers of business and management in the 21th-century:

-        globalization;

-        technology;

-        sustainability and corporate social responsibility;

-        the Study of psychology;

-        Business ecosystems [1].

Therefore, it is not surprising that in this situation business require new solutions and new professionals. As a result, there are two new concepts in the world – Perfect Management and Perfect Managers.

Perfect Management was founded and established with one and only objective, serving its residents and tenants with the most ultimate care and comfort possible. At Perfect Management (PM), we have the team, and experience necessary to accomplish our goal. Perfect Management is the true aspiration for a luxury living experience [2].

Frame Perfect Management created in 2011 in New York. It was established to be a platform for the next generation of Model's & Creative's at hand for Brands requiring their services. It helps the company team to create the review list of candidates, interview the final choices, and select the best person for the job. So, what kind of manager perfect manager is?  Here are the requirements for the perfect manager, in «help wanted» format.

1)                Be a «people person» - You need to be comfortable with conflict resolution and should know how people work and know how to motivate your team.

2)                Be visionary – this is ability of managers who can identify the next product or service that will be in demand and bring it to life. Manager should be goal oriented and effectively use his resources to «create the unusual».

3)                    Be a good communicator - should be able to communicate effectively using all methods, including visual presentations, public speaking, email, teleconferencing, and face-to-face.

4)                    Be technically proficient - should be able to give technical guidance and decide the best strategies and methods for success.

5)                     Encourage teamwork - teamwork is important, you need to be ready for building teamwork and to be a part of the team.

6)                    Lead by example - Leading by example means working late and on weekends with your employees and doing the right thing.

7)                    Treat your staff like professionals -PM should have the confidence in your team's proficiency to decide most issues by themselves with only your guidance, as required.

8)                    Encourage professional growth - All managers are expected to grow their skills and those of their team members. PM must "Be more than you are."

9)                    Do something special - Satisfying all the above criteria is not enough. You are also required to do something special for your employees that:

·             Will be remembered fondly decades from now.

·             Can be shared by the entire group.

·             Won't break the budget [3].

Many people say managers should be visionaries, high-flying individuals who are creative and intense.

Therefore, as a result, the perfect manager is «objective, transparent, unselfish, and apolitical» persons. This type of manager rewards unselfish employees to help promote a better environment and foster trust between co-workers. She also collects data on employee performance, gives «real-time feedback», and dishes out «evidence-based recommendations».

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, a professor of business psychology at University College London, writes in Harvard Business Review about how the perfect manager is a lot less exciting than you might think. "It is time for organizations to understand that their best potential managers are not the people who stand out; they are not the people who self-promote and take credit for others' achievements, or have mastered the art of politics and upward career management." "They may lack charisma and have no remarkable vision for the future, yet they are probably the best people to help execute the company vision and ensure that staff stays engaged and productive [4]."
