PREPARATION
OF MANAGERS IN UNIVERSITIES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION WITH USE OF MODERN
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
One of
development tendencies of a modern society - its information. Now we are witnesses
of rough intrusion of information technologies in all spheres of a life and
activity of the person. In opinion of authoritative experts, in the beginning
of the next millenium the given tendency becomes even more expressed, and
labour activity of the overwhelming majority of able-bodied population anyhow
will be connected to information technologies and processes on processing the
information. Demand for the experts owning methodology and toolkit of computer
science will undoubtedly, sharply increase
Information
of a society is closely connected to information of education; information of
the general and vocational education is an obligatory condition of preparation
of competitive experts of a various structure. Only possessing a sufficient
level of technological readiness and "information culture", the young
expert is capable to operate adequately in world around, to be guided in
problem situations, to find rational ways of the decision of various problems.
It
is established that use of information technologies in education promotes: 1) to perfection of strategy of selection
of the contents of educational programs, methods and organizational forms of
education according to tasks of development of the person in conditions of an
information society; 2) to expansion of kinds of educational activity under
condition of realization of modern technologies (the computerized curriculums,
directory and expert systems, multimedia - technologies, "a virtual
reality"); 3) to transition from authoritative, illustrative - explanatory
education to problem, creative, that provides mastering by learning skills
independently to acquire new knowledge, using technologies of information
interaction with imitating models of objects, processes and the phenomena.
The sportsmen
education in sports universities, test deficiency of time because of often
departures for competitions and educations, pass to the individual form of
education. Thus inevitably there is a question on quality of education received
by it: it is necessary to give less than attention to study at departure in
other city, to miss lectures and seminar employment, to fill the missed
material in great volume between competitions, let alone that the teacher
cannot devote much time îòñòàâøèì
to students. All this leads to that sports and education cannot effectively
combine the majority of sportsmen.
Thus, now
before sports universities there is a thorny question of maintenance of
effective education. Äàíàÿ
the problem is more and more and is solved with use of modern information
technologies more. The problem of studying and introduction of Internets -
technologies in educational process of sports universities was considered by a
number of experts (Bodrov M.G., Tkachuk A.P.; Sjachin V.D., New settlers Ì.À., 2000;
Myzan G.I., 2000; Chistjakov V.A., 2002).
At the
present stage of development of all control system sports movement by a
deciding element of system are the managerial personnel, that is sports
managers which potential can promote development and perfection of system, or
its reduction recourse and disorder. Competence of sports managers directly
depends on quality of the education received by it.
Recently the
tendency íàöåëèâàíèÿ
the rates carried to computer science, on preparation of the experts, capable
to use information technologies in the professional work has appeared. In this
connection there are the disciplines directed on studying of information
technologies, used in various areas of a science and human activity.
Special value
gets studying of information technologies by preparation of the future
managers. And qualities of use of information technologies in professional work
of experts in the field of management depend on scales a level of economic and
social development of any organization and a society as a whole. Wide
application of personal computers, means of the communications, the facilitated
access to databases and bases of knowledge, use of intellectual technologies
and systems provide to experts - managers real opportunities for performance
analytical functions, preparation of administrative decisions.
Area of
professional work of the manager - maintenance of efficient control with the
organization, the organization of control systems, perfection of management
according to tendencies of social and economic development.
Activity of
the manager is connected to realization of a various sort of projects, such as
manufacture of the goods, granting of services, development of the enterprise
and others. In this connection, the special place by preparation of experts in
the field of management is occupied with the information technologies connected
to planning of projects, with allocation of works of the project, definition of
connections between works, definition of duration of performance of separate
operations or the project, drawing up of the schedule of works, definition of
requirement of the project in resources and their optimum distribution.
However,
despite of high potential of modern information technologies, they have not
found still wide application in system of the maximum sports education. Thus,
the problem of research will consist in necessity of the sanction of the
expressed contradiction between a degree theoretical and methodical bases of
vocational education and a level of methodical maintenance of system of
preparation of the qualified experts in the field of physical education and
sports.
Thus, the
speciality "management of the organization" demands a substantiation
and development of the optimal mechanisms of the organization of educational
process in formation of knowledge on information technologies of management
with use of modern means of education. The requirement for fundamental
theoretical and methodical development in the field of remote education and
formation of knowledge in sphere information technologies in new information
conditions has defined a urgency
of research.
Process of
vocational education of the future managers in sphere of information
technologies in high school of physical education will pass more effectively
and will allow to increase productivity of independent work of students of the
individual schedule, if:

To provide an opportunity with the student of independent work in program
systems, such as, Microsoft Office Visio Professional, Microsoft Office Project
Standart, Microsoft Office Publisher, Deductor Professional, etc., that raises
competitive advantages of released experts in sphere of management of physical
education.
- To design
process of preparation so that students solved tasks from their future
professional work use of information systems from the moment of scheduling
research, analytical processing of the collected information and before
registration of the design documentation.
- To use
information technologies as object of research and as the means of education
used during preparation.
For
achievement of an object in view it is necessary to solve next tasks:
1.
To specify concept about intrinsic characteristics modern technologists of
preparation of the future manager.
2. To develop
structurally functional model of information preparation of the manager for
sphere of physical education.
3. To define
an opportunity of use of modern technologies as the factor of preparation of
the manager.
4.
Experimentally to check up the developed scientific - methodical bases of
preparation of the future managers for sphere of physical education with use of
information technologies.
5.
To carry out experimental education students of a speciality «Management of the
organization» with the purpose of a substantiation of a learning efficiency to
information technologies of management.
