 Modern requirements of the scientific-theoretical and practical readiness of students of pedagogical specialties in the fields of social health of teenagers

 

Peculiarities of the present, that are characterized by negative tendencies in social health of modern teenagers, testify the need to determine appropriate requirements for scientific, theoretical and practical readiness of future teachers. Thus, scientific and theoretical readiness of present students of pedagogical specialty in the context of future professional activity concerning education of socially healthy teenagers, in our opinion, should provide a combination of knowledges, that we have divided by six blocks.

The first block «Philosophical, and psychological-pedagogical aspects of forming of social health of personality» implies the existence in students of pedagogical specialties the following knowledges: knowledge of the formation and development of the phenomenon of social health of personality, knowledge of education of social health of students in the works of outstanding teachers, knowledge of development trend of the problem of forming social health of adolescents.

The second block «The theoretical basis of upbringing of socially healthy teenagers» includes such knowledge as: knowledge of the essence and structure of the social health of modern teenagers, knowledge of the content and features of upbringing of socially healthy teenagers in conditions of modern school education, knowledge of the principles of social formation of healthy teenagers, knowledge of forms and methods of forming social healthy teenagers.

The third block «Methods of forming of social health of adolescents» is revealed through the knowledge of methodical features of forming of social health of teenagers in the educational process and knowledge of the methodical features of forming of social health of teenagers in the extracurricular activities.

Finally, the forth block «The interaction with social institution regarding issues of upbringing of socially healthy schoolchildren» implies the existence such knowledges, as: knowledges of features of interaction teacher with Mass Media in the context of upbringing socially healthy teenagers; knowledges of features of interaction of the teacher with the governing bodies on issues the formation of the social health of students, knowledges of diagnosing instruments of the state of the formation of social health of teenagers.

The practical readiness of future teachers in the identified above direction provides availability of the necessary skills in the context of the formation of social health of students. Based on the classification of N. Kuzminoy, we identified the following skills: gnostic, projective, constructive, organizational and communicative. Briefly characterize them in the context of researching problem. Thus, to gnostic skills we classify: the ability to determine the state of formation of social health of teenagers, the ability to analyze the condition of the formation of the social health of teenagers in educational and extracurricular process, the ability to detect potential of own subject (the subject, that be taught depending on received specialty of student) in the context of upbringing socially healthy students, the ability to predict the behavior of teenagers to upbringing activities with issues of their social health.

Projective skills provide:

- skills to plan teaching activities in the context of formation of social health of teenagers, skills to determine goals and objectives of upbringing (individual and group) measures related to the formation of social health of teenagers, skills to provide for results of its activities in the context of upbringing socially healthy students, skills to plan extracurricular activities with students on issues of formation of social health of teenagers.

Constructive skills containing: skills to structure educational material on questions of social health teenagers, skills to choose the most appropriate forms and methods in the upbringing of socially healthy teenagers (and certain of its aspects), skills to design their own upbringing actions to focus on the search for creative approaches to the formation of social health of teenagers, skills to develop design projects of the formation of social health of teenagers in the extracurricular activities.

Organizational skills include skills to organize and regulate their own actions and the actions of the students on issues to increase social health; skills to use the opportunities the subject that is taught in the context of social upbringing of healthy adolescents; skills to carry out an individual work with students (to solve difficult life situations), skills to work with social institutions on questions of forming of social health of teenagers, skills to create and implement conditions of upbringing social health of teenagers in educational and extracurricular activities.

Communication skills provide for: skills to encourage teenagers, to cause in them a need to improve their own level of social health, skills to correct their own behavior in accordance with peculiarities of the upbringing problem on questions of forming of social health of teenagers (teenager), skills to establish trusting relationships with young people; skills to penetrate into the inner world of a teenager to feel his mood problems areas.

Thus, the content of training of future teachers for social health of secondary school pupils, first of all, must take into account, mentioned above, knowledges and skills that a student should mastered during their studies in higher educational establishment.
