Results
of a new approach to veterinary preventive measures of the cattle treatment
Immunization system
of infectious diseases of cattle evolved over decades depending on the
emergence of new pathogens, the availability of biologics and more designed for
a specific disease entities disease than for an individual animal.
Us "Ak-Kol"
Kamystin areas in the three thousand heads of cattle tested positive effect of
the new system approach to veterinary preventive measures, providing for the
first stage to remove allergenic, toxic and immunedepressing effect of
endo-and-exoparasite, the second - to spend allergic and serological diagnostic
tests, and the final third - the planned vaccination depending on the current
epidemic situation.
Epizootic situation
on acute and chronic infectious disease in these stable agricultural formations
safely, but every year (2009 - 2012) in animals revealed instances of unspecific
tuberculin reactions. Total number of studies on allergic tuberculosis was more
than 6,2 thousand.
In 2011 - 2012 into
the traditional system have made some adjustments. Originally held scatological
studies helminthiasis, and then in April to release animals on pasture
maintenance in October when setting cattle stabling experimental animals with
medical indications for prophylactic treated ivermekom (according to
instructions ), which contributed to a sharp decrease in endo-and-exoparasits
almost the entire year. A month after the drug plan was carried out serological
tests for brucellosis, leukemia, leptospirosis, listeriosis, and chlamydia, and
then - allergic Tb testing. According to a study conducted analysis,
differential diagnosis, diagnostic slaughter cull animals and even on the
testimony and the rest of the livestock was a routine vaccination. All vaccines
were administered at two week intervals. Combined use of vaccines such as those
against anthrax and blackleg in the experimental groups is not allowed.
A phased
experimental system of veterinary preventive measures on the example of animal
research on tuberculosis, contributed to reduction in 2,7-5 times the number of
animals that appear nonspecific tuberculin reactions, reduces or exempts
animals from exo-and endo-parasites and thereby creates conditions for the
normalization the immune status of the animals. This approach does not
contradict the requirements of the regulations and creates optimal conditions
for maximizing the immunological features of the animal organism.
Implementation of
an experimental system in veterinary practice these agricultural enterprises
averted unjustified slaughter of productive cows in 2,31-3,85 times to reduce
the economic costs of the events. Cost per head in experimental immunization
system considering manifestations of nonspecific reactions to tuberculin in
5,1- 6,7 times less than in conventional.
