Organization methods and methodology of independent
work of students on the subject of family law
In an appeal to the nation
of President of the Republic Kazakhstan Nazarbayev "Kazakhstan on the way
of the economic, social and political modernization" of February 18, 2005:
"In the 21st century, the country is not able to develop knowledge is
doomed to failure. In the future we need
to create a personnel fund for high-tech and high-tech industries. Without
modern education system, and without the wide range of modern management
thinking, we can not create an innovative economy " [1, 18, p.]. To date,
if you rely on the experience of education worldwide, effective way to fast and
productive way to improve the quality of the educational process is to reduce
the number of classroom lessons that gives students more time for independent
work, and to minimize the academic disciplines do not have any effect on the
growth of their creative abilities. Also, pay special attention to the correct
distribution of the number of students' work during the school year, because
the system is a kind of a semester as part of independent work and this results
in session " to be late" and leads to a decrease in the quality of
education. In this regard, to each student for independent work to show
educational materials at the beginning of the semester, and therefore should be
learning materials for each job.
The level of knowledge
on the subject of the family has a degree of independent reading. Thus, the
content of students' independent work is not only an attempt to prepare without
the presence of or without the help of the teacher, but also to give the
opportunity to use the information they have received and jointly manage their
own to achieve the objectives.
As a rule, on the
subject of family law, individual work with the students on the right
technology consists of the following elements: planning of independent work of
students on the topics of family law issues; methodological issues; and perform
the work during execution, and evaluation; inventory and increase productivity.
When planning
independent work of students, together with the need to set aside time
independent work of students under the supervision of teachers (SRSP) and hours
SRSP should be no less hours of lectures and seminars dedicated to the subject
of family law. Other tasks of independent work must be supplemented by tasks
that run for hours every day. On the subject of family law, independent work of
students, as a rule, it consists of tasks on the topics covered in the
lectures, seminars and SRSP.
Specifies the work
carried out by students under the guidance of a teacher, should also be
included in the schedule of classes and EMC, and will be held according to the
schedule after school in a special audience.
In accordance with the
work program in each discipline departments indicated a planned view of
independent work of students, their hourly labor input and landmark control. To
select the type of independent work of students on the subject of family law
should be familiar with the purpose of discipline, take a look at the schedule
and the number of hours allocated for independent students' work, pass the
report, essay, project of the marriage contract and the alimony, solve
practical incidents. Simple and convenient form of independent work of students in higher
education is the intermediate tests. For this important creative approaches
teachers too.
For example, the
"Report" written by the student, "practical agreement" not
to accept as normal, and to carry out various scientific discussions will be
more effective. A study of the degree project fundamental synthesis for the
future of our specialists, especially as the need for lawyers to be noted is a
special place. Experience has shown, if 2-3 students will work on the same
projects would be an improvement in the quality of the project, in the sense
that it promotes self-reliance, mutual aid the cause of increasing creativity
and responsibility.
During the design
students have freedom of choice. Methods of controlling the students'
independent work gives excellent results. The ability to monitor and evaluate
themselves stimulated interest in the education of the student point of view,
and reliable approach [2, 38, p.]. Independent work of the student on the
subject of developing self-discipline, increases reliability and responsibility
in their own strength, the ability of the formation of self-esteem.
To view the results of
independent work should be clearly planned organizational and methodical system
of measures. The main condition to get the desired results of students'
independent work is necessary to ensure their teaching materials and
regulations.
While studying the
growth and development of each student depends on the ability of each of them,
a teacher must be brought into compliance with the specifications for each of
them, and that it is important to look at each student as an equal partner [3,
75, p.]. How many times, at high interest rates, giving students more time for
independent work in accordance with the requirements of training to expand the
independent thinking of students, improve students' independent thinking not
only in word, but also to improve the quality of teaching education polite
attitude is also great value.
While teaching the
teacher must arouse interest in the subject, the student was able to get
satisfaction from it. It is important to realizing the necessity of teaching
material and to understand the importance of learning to understand more.
During the lesson, organize a business game gives a great contribution to
achieving the goals. The goal of the game depends on the curriculum, the
composition of student players, their training time on the game, depending on
the topic and lesson sense. The game should be based on the context of the
discussion and should be open to the real information. Consider the real
situation of students participating in the games themselves, they have to
achieve the goal of their own. The most important thing a teacher should give
the student the right to organize their own game, and praises them.
Another effective
solution to problems of organization of independent work of students far from
the method used and the type of training, in accordance with this process of
learning science and study of the book based on the teaching aids. To the
student was able to sufficiently understand the textbook, and easy to take the
lessons of self-discipline should be carried out lecture courses, textbooks and
teaching aids in accordance with the mandatory curriculum. As well as all the
necessary training and reference materials in print and electronic form, should
be available.
The cognitive activity
of the teacher and the pupil one of the most important factors determining
success is the pedagogical relationship. In this case, it is considered as a
way to interact with other people, not messages.
If the absorption
process and education and business skills to students in the form of incentive
organizers pedagogical relationships not designated successful, text content,
effective exercises, the choice of methods and tools can not provide this. The
sensitivity of the relations in the class and friendliness, naturalness and
freedom, and moral conditions, increases the activity of the student's language
skills and subject matter. As usual, the teacher is trying to form a business
relationship with the teaching that supports the foreign language, and much
more.
Unfortunately, the
attitude of teachers to students is actually composed of the following types:
teacher demand - students perform, the teacher asked the students and meet the
others. In this case, in vain to talk about cooperation, about human relations
training, and bringing each of them to action. Only morality, solidarity and
mutual influences stimulant for students to keep themselves freely, to speak
boldly, and display activity. Students like teachers demanding and fair, and
the best-estimate them. However, they are demanding respect for teachers who
can show their rigor, humanity, compassion, and show your support as needed.
One of the main
principles of formation of such cases in the process of learning and teaching
the principle of courtesy and good manners. speech ethics in relationships
between people speaking the same language as the historical, social and
cultural characteristics, characterized by a significant reflection of the
different national differences and identity. However, there are universal
principles. If people want to reach an understanding, they are guided by the
same principles. These principles give priority to the relationship, clearly
and obviously expressed.
So, yesterday's entrants
after receipt become students of higher educational institutions, universities
are under the terms of the period of adaptation. This stage in the new social
environment and in institutions of higher education consists of research and
professional skills.
