IMPROVING FOREIGN NATIONAL
ENTERPRISES
The objective necessity of
further development of the economy are the measures that are aimed at long-term
advantage of the international division of labor, creating conditions for a
broad exchange of achievements of world science and technology and their
widespread introduction into production. Foreign trade - is an important and
integral sector of economic activity, which in the efficient use of all complex
of modern forms and methods of international economic relations can influence
the technical improvement of production, increase productivity and quality of
products produced.
Effective foreign trade
company promotes the reproduction of export potential, improving the
competitiveness of Ukrainian goods on world markets, the formation of a
rational structure of exports and imports, foreign investment on mutually
beneficial terms, ensuring the economic security of Ukraine.
To ensure the
competitiveness of products, required in the development of standardization and
certification [1,2].
One way to achieve the main goal - economic growth of the company
in the long term - is to improve foreign trade enterprises. To compete on the
international market requires a strategy of foreign economic activity, that is
the only direction that will take into account the internal capabilities of the
enterprise and market conditions in which it must operate.
To develop a strategy for an integrated analysis of the company.
First, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness
of foreign economic activity on the basis of financial and economic analysis,
and SWOT matrix and group economic indicators in the BSC, which clearly reveal
the internal capabilities of the company.
Secondly, it is necessary to
analyze the external environment, which includes the evaluation of suppliers,
competitors and customers, as well as analysis of the proposed company and
competitors products to identify the stage of the life cycle and its possible
replacement. This test is done on the basis of mapping strategic groups to
determine the position of the company among competitors and direction of
development in the existing competitive environment.
Annual
growth of small enterprises as well as the presence of multiple, often
identical, their support programs, unfortunately, does not appear to increase
their production volumes and financial results and on their contribution to the
economy. This discrepancy of small businesses and their results point to the
inefficiency of the system of support of small business [2,3].
The development of such a
differentiated approach requires a detailed statistical and research features
small businesses. Support and development of small enterprises will socio -
economic and partly political level of development.
Stable economic development of every country is now seen
in close relationship to the functioning of the world economy. It is doubtless
that any national economy is an integral part of the international economic
system and is in constant interaction with the rest of its elements -
countries. The quality of that interaction more dependent not only on
resursozabezpechenosti country, and from that activity that involves
development and implementation of a mechanism for establishing relations with
the outside world.
Under this mechanism is understood foreign state strategy, the
development of which requires in-depth analysis of the environment of its
implementation, internal capacity of the economy and the major structural
elements that determine the country's system of interaction with the world
economy. The study of this issue is of considerable theoretical interest and
practical value due to little success trying Ukraine identified as an
international economic relations [1-3,10,11].
Conclusions. Thus, the use
of a balanced scorecard in strategic trade management system allows to improve
strategic and tactical decisions, optimize the use of scarce internal resources
of the company for the further development of competitive advantages in the
long term.
The main directions of
improvement of foreign economic activity of Ukrainian companies are:
development of effective strategies zonvishnoekonomichnoyi activities; forming
a system of long-term goals; evaluation of potential opportunities on a
particular market; development of international marketing strategies.
