Features of formation of valuable orientations of teenagers by
means of musical art
Forming
a system of values by means of familiarizing students to culture, including
music, and their orientation in the world, with its problems in the
transformation of the world according to the ideals of life worthy of man, the
criterion for assessing performance. It is important that
the system of valuable orientations of students, the value of "human"
is realized in conjunction with the values of culture, in the course of
development, there are awareness, understanding of man and the world's values.
Without
desire to present clear picture of the contemporaneity, to find yourself there,
to realize its purpose, mission cannot be completed the formation of
personality. In the construction of such a personal picture of art owned by no
less important role than the system of education and pedagogical instruction.
This is due to the special role of organically aesthetic perception of reality
for each person.
An art gives an opportunity
esthetically to master the world in all his complication and riches: beautiful, elevated, ugly, mean, tragic, comic, terrible, charming, wonderful etc. They appear as different forms
of aesthetic, as aesthetic
values. Thus, an important manifestation of the social function of art consists of that it provides to
people possibility of cognition, achieving the aesthetic beginning in public life, nature and source
of spiritual wealth.
The value of art, as phenomenon of spiritual culture, consists of that it, unlike
science, reflects the world integrally, in a variety of
life manifestation of the laws of the world, "specifically - sensual" and it is presented by unity of Truth, Goodness and Beauty. An art carries to the child positive
emotions, promote the development of creative thinking, imagination, gives an opportunity through artistic
and creative activities, which relieve his mind; allows through ambiguity and
richness of art neutralize superficiality, promotes faster assimilation of
information, and contributes
to the spiritual maturation of the person.
Modern
musical pedagogics
is
based on the principle of empathy. In this connection, the content of a piece
of music should be disclosed at the level of personal meaning, which is
important to the movement from the unknown to the known, and from well-known already to meaningful. Translation
by means of the
music of valid values on
a
level of deeply personal and almost-activity occurs through aesthetic
experience. Exactly experiences are organized and directed as the core of
value-art knowledge of the process; it belongs to the creative role in the formation of
artistic value in the aesthetic consciousness of the student.
All that matters is directly experienced, to feel in dialogical
communication with the piece of music, and has already experienced on the basis
of the following thoughts. For the emotionally valuable thinking saved the
decisive role in the development of the individual personality system
preferences in the world of values, denoted by the term «The valued orientations ". All of this allows
us to introduce the process of formation of the valued orientations during the
development of a musical work in the following sequence:
1.
Organization of readiness
adoption of a musical work through the creation of external and internal
motivation of musical thinking.
2.
Emotionally vivid perception
and value realization knowable through experience and aesthetic pleasure.
3.
Emotionally valued way of
thinking on the basis of acceptance and mastering of moral and aesthetic values
(emotionally valued attitude to the phenomena of life and the art of music as a
condition, that determines the development of the individual personality system
of preferences in the world of values).
4.
Realization of the valued
orientations in the activities and behavior through involvement in the moral
and aesthetic activities. Securing and actualization of the valued orientation,
is the quality of the student's personality, through a requirement in a
spiritual and moral self-education and self-realization.
Axiology of musical education allows to investigate music as a
carrier of
value, and musical education through the prism of philosophical
theory of value - the process of formation of the valued orientations of the
person in the world of musical values. The valued approach allows not only to
carry out the special "necessity of man - to be personality" but also
is a powerful lever, including the mechanisms of orientation: search, valued
comprehension, estimation, free choice of activity.
Cognitive activity takes place in a large and very important
sphere – the sphere of feelings. Realizing the feelings caused by the music, a
man enriches with new experience for him in all the riches of their colors.
Thus, a man discovers unknown to him, until feeling discovers the ability to
understand people, to empathize and sympathize with them, to compare their
ideas with the ideals of goodness and beauty that is carried in itself by art.
Recognizing the educational and spiritual value of the program,
though it should be noted that, the school practice on the subject of
"Music" in the curriculum, which takes only one hour in a week. In
addition, it will be inappropriate to deprive children of acquaintance with
other types of musical art (classic, folk music, contemporary music), which
also carry in itself the rich valued potential. In our opinion, this applies to
programs for the development of folk music in secondary schools. In fact, the
content of the musical art is rich, various and it should be reflected in
lessons, add the selection of musical material for the lesson, thus solving the
problem of creating a coherent picture of the world in the minds of children by
the means of music.
The development of the musical culture of schoolchildren used to
implement one of the main objectives of school music education - the creation
of the necessary base for musical self-education and self-development.
Moreover, music gives an opportunity of solution to this complex problem.
