Informatization
of society is a global social process,
which peculiarity is that dominant kind of activity in the sphere of social
production is acquisition, accumulation, producing, processing, storage,
transmission and use of information realized on the basis of the modern
facilities of microprocessor and computer technology and also on the basis of
different means of data exchange.
Social
informatization provides:
- active
use of ever-widening intellectual potential of society concentrated in the
print fund, scientific, producing and other kinds of activity of its members.
- integration
of the information technology with scientific, producing, initiating the
development of all spheres of social production, intellectualization of work
activities.
- High
level of the information service, accessibility to the reliable information
source of each member of society, visualization of the information given,
significance of the data used.
Application of the open information systems, intended on the information
use available to society in the definite sphere enables to improve mechanisms
of directions of the social structure, promotes the humanization and
democratization of the society, and increases the level of prosperity of its
members. The processes occurring because of social informatization promotes not
only acceleration of the scientific-technical progress and intellectualization
of all kinds of human activity but also creation of new qualitative information
environment of society which provides the development of the creative potential
of individual.
The one of the priority direction of the informatization process of
modern society is educational informatization – the process provides
methodology and practice of investigation in the educational sphere. The
process also provides optimal use of contemporary information techniques
oriented on the realization of psychoeducational aims of education. This
process initiates:
- improvement of the
mechanisms of directions of the educational system on the basis of use of
automated databank of the scientific pedagogical information,
informative-methodical materials, and communications chains also;
- improvement of
methodology and strategy of content
acquisition, methods and organizational forms of education relevant to the
tasks of personality development of
trainee in the contemporary conditions of social informatization;
- creation of the
methodical educational systems oriented on the development of the intellectual
potential of trainee, on the skill formation to gain knowledge independently,
to carry out educational-informative, research-experimental activity, different
types of independent activity to process information.
- creation and use of
the computer testing and examining of control methods and knowledge level
evaluation of trainees.
Educational informatization as a process of intellectualization of
activity of a trainer and a trainee
developing on the basis of capacity of
means of modern information technologies, supports integration tendencies of
the process of cognition of knowledge domain and environment (social,
ecological, informative, etc.) conformity, combining them with advantages
of individualizations and
differentiations of education, thus providing synergism of pedagogical effect.
The monograph suggested to the
reader is devoted to the solution of the main problems of educational
informatization on the conceptual level. It investigates the possibility of
means of up-to-date information technologies, pedagogical reasonability of
their usage, psycho-educational demands maintained to them, optimal conditions
of their usage. The ways of realizations of conceptual positions proposed in
the book: creation and application of teaching resource base of the educational
informatization process. The composition of the teaching resource base is also
given, here it is described the assignment of
teaching methodical complexes, which structure includes the means of
educations functioning on the basis of new information technologies and
intended for the support of the
teaching process of general subjects.
Besides in the monograph it is considered the reasonability of use of teaching,
demonstrative equipment interfaced with computer which assigned for the
organization and realization of experimental investigative activity. Special
attention is paid to the analysis of the potential of program facilities ans
teaching assignment systems and pedagogical appropriateness of their usage in
the teaching process.
On the experience basis of quality evaluation of program means and
systems used in the sphere of education and analysis of different approaches to
the problem of effectiveness rating of their usage here it is suggested the
export-analytical approach to the evaluation of program facility quality based
on the three-step activity of an expert in using him the set of factors for the
characteristics of program facility.
On the basis of analysis results of program products and other works of
international conferences and seminars devoted to the problems of applications
of multimedia technology and “virtual reality” system in the field of
education, in the monograph it is described the perspective areas of
pedagogical techniques using the opportunities of contemporary means of work
with audiovisual information. It promotes the realization of the intensive
forms and methods of teaching for the purpose of trainee personality
development.
Pedagogics as a science of purposeful, specially organized, systematic
activity to form an individual and also of the content, organizational forms
and methods of education has been existed for some hundreds years. In its other
roles – as an art or an occupation the pedagogics has been existed for
thousands years. Even at first sight the problem of knowledge and skills
passing to the next generation makes us sure that the tasks and objectives of
the current requirements of society in the given period of its development have
been always first-priority.
In the same time a so-called invariant has always been existed which has
been formed in the meaningful objective: the development of the individual
personality in the harmony of its three principles – moral, intellectual and
physical. Not detracting the significance of its three principles let’s appeal
to the problem of intellectual development, the development of the creative
potential as the highest principle of a human being. We will consider the term
an intellect in the general sense as a skill of thinking, learning initiating
mental development of an individual. Disclosure of the natural skills to learn
and to create, their systematic development, their improvement and their
realization – is the way each man should follow in the process of making up
of his personality. Contemporary
sociological and psycho- educational investigations persuade us that a man who
has realized his potential is a man without inferiority complexes. As a minimum
this is a necessary condition of a comfortable life as a human being itself and
a society as a whole for the further development of self-perfection. The development
gradient depends on three conditions: discovering individual potential of a
human, its development and realization for the benefit of society and a human
himself.
Conclusion
The investigation given above shows us that it is not possible to take a
worthy part in the global competitive market of goods and services, education
and innovations. Incomplete computerization of Kazakhstani schools, lack of
teaching programs, internet limit for pupils and students are the minor parts
of problems in realizing national projects in education. The peculiarity of the
modernity – globalization and information revolution placed demands for school
leavers to be able to put their knowledge into practice in nonstandard
situations of real life. The school leavers in our country experience
difficulties working with information presented implicitly, they do not develop
learning independency. The solution of
these problems should become the main task in education in the closest future.
