INTEGRATION OF
KAZAKHSTAN'S ECONOMY INTO THE WORLD ECONOMY
President of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev N. in his Strategy "Kazakhstan
2050" [1] purposes to join the world economic community, also that purpose
prescribed in other long-term development plans of the country.
The main requirement of the market economy is the progressive reformation
connected with large-scale restructuring of the production process, change the
direction of its industry, which must ensure the acceleration of scientific and
technological progress, increasing potential of the export and competitiveness,
the generation of rational technological and cooperative connections.
Integration is aimed at developing effective intrasystem communication.
It provides many foreign companies long-term competitive advantages based on
the increase of the synergistic effects. Economic success of countries largely
depend on what place in the world technologic chains controlled corporations,
they can take.
Kazakhstan - Eurasian country. It has a lot of common in the historical,
geopolitical and defense relations with neighboring countries. In this case,
the absolute priority in improving the integration connections belongs to
Russia and other CIS states. Establishment and strengthening of Kazakhstan and
other CIS states suggests closer economic cooperation within the scope of the
former Soviet republics. Because of the fact that in the process of movement
towards open economy and integration into the world economy, these countries
face a number of difficult, but similar challenges which stabilize the economy
and the crisis recovery which easier to solve jointly by mutually beneficial
integration of these households for the rational using of natural, raw
materials, minerals, fuel, energy, labor, etc. resources, the development of
scientific, technical and other types of cooperation [1].
Talking about the conditions of the country inclusion in the global
economy, its economic opportunities and prospects are important. Should be
guided in this regard by the potential and aspects of the state, taking into
account consistent progress by reforming, rather than the current indicators of
Kazakhstan's economy has experienced a difficult phase of restructuring.
The priorities of modernization Foreign economic policy, Nazarbayev
highlights the diversification of foreign policy, the development of economic
and trade diplomacy to protect and promotion national economic and commercial
interests. It is important to note that the Head of State noted the
significance of cooperation with the countries of the far abroad, not only, but
also the development of partnerships with our neighbors - Russia, China,
Central Asia, "The best way to stabilize Central Asia - is interregional
integration . That is the way we can reduce the conflictogenic in our region, to
solve social and economic problems, to loose a knot of water and energy and
other conflicts."
In this regard, an important role for the integration of Kazakhstan into
the world economy should be considered. his huge advantage - one of the world's
highest level of prosperity of their own natural resources, including energy
commodities , rare earths , precious metals and other raw materials belonging
to class strategic , and in amounts enough not only for their own needs but
also for export . In this you can see a good base for mutually beneficial
cooperation and constructive partnership between Kazakhstan and other countries
in the integrated.
Such a specific Kazakhstan distinctive feature as having economic space
can be considered as another level for integration forging strong ties with
foreign partners. Analysis of contemporary trends in world economic development
leads to the conclusion that the creation of a broad economic space ( as by
forming closer economic union with the CIS countries , the formation of the
Customs Union with Russia and Belarus , and the future creation of the Eurasian
Economic Union and the promotion of mutually beneficial cooperation with other countries)
becomes a condition for the successful development of the internal market of
our country and improve its competitiveness. "We must be closer
economically with contries the Asia-Pacific region. This will give us not only
economic benefits, but also strengthen the balance of our foreign policy
"[1] .
An important factor in the effective integration of Kazakhstan's economy
into the world economy is to raise competitiveness of its products. High
competitiveness of domestic products , such as high-quality grain : in 2013 the
average annual grain production amounted to more than 19 million tons over the
past five years and increased by 30 %, while the volume of grain’s export of
including flour increased by 60 % to 7 , 8 million tons [3]. Improving the competitiveness
of Kazakhstan goods also contributes to successful competition with foreign
suppliers in the domestic market.
In the last decade in the Republic of Kazakhstan was a full-scale
transformation of the society and the integration of national economies into
the world economy. Despite the fact that Kazakhstan has experienced all the
difficulties of establishing an economically developed state, continued
reforming the country's economy, we can say that the country has the necessary
conditions for the inclusion in the global economic community. And despite the
fact that Kazakhstan is behind the advanced countries of the world on a variety
of the most important features and performance. Nevertheless, such a situation
can not be considered irreversible. With each successful step in the reform are
prerequisites to overcome this gap in future.
