«The concept of management»

I decided to write an article on the theme “the concept of management”, because management is the art of leadership, if it is correct to operate, observe rules of management, we will achieve goals, using work, intellect, motives, behavior of other people.

The purpose of my article is a studying and definition of management’s concept. What is management and what is it for? It’s origin. What are its goals and tasks? How important is the management for the organization?

The English word “management” comes from the root of the Latin word "Manus" - a hand. Originally the term meant control of animals and the art of control of horses.

Later the term was transferred to the area of labour’s activity and became to mean the area of science and practice of managing people and organizations. The concept of "management" arose at the beginning of the 20th century in the American business environment, however as a science management emerged in the end of 19th century - at the beginning of 20th century. Management (from the English management-administration, the ability to master) is working out, creation (organization), the most effective using (management) and the control of social-economic systems.

Management is one of the types of the professional activities, effective and rational achievement of the organization’s goals by means of planning, organizing, direction and controlling of organizational resources.

Management is psychologically rich management system, because its main functions are directly related to psychology. The main task of management is the creation of rules and definition of the reasons which are capable to lead the company to a gain of success in the sphere.

Effective management of the organization and increase profits to the maximum extent is the purpose of management.

Management is difficult complex system.

Management as a process includes a number of consecutive functions. They are planning, the organization, regulation, motivation, control and the calculation.

From a scientific point of view, management is the science that studies the problems of management.

The essence of management is shown in its tasks, functions, methods and the principles.

If we talk about the functions of management, I will give motivation the special role. Because it motivates employees to work better, to improve productivity. It is very important to motivate people correctly. For example, leadership motivates workers poorly or don't gives motivation which would promote to improvement of working activity as the employee’s, and the organization’s, to the labour productivity growth, to increase of work’s efficacy.

I consider that management executes an important role in activity of the organization, company, etc.:

1) the management in the organization

2) achievement of goals, success

3) profit’s maksimilization

I think that management in Kazakhstan is on developing stage. Organizations, companies, firms, companies, etc. also influence the country's economy. If enterprises which successfully work in the area of activity, are many, it will positively influence economy and will promote its development. I consider that management is also execution and responsibility. If it is correct to operate the organization, correct to use management, its functions and methods, it will lead to achievement of goals, to a gain of success and to increase profit of the organization. Therefore it is very important that management developed correctly in our country.

Management is necessary for creation and formation of the conditions, the necessary goals for achievement, success and the maximum profit of the organization. Management as a process includes a number of consecutive functions. They are planning, the organization, regulation, motivation, control and the calculation. The essence of management is shown in its tasks, functions, methods and the principles. I consider that life and work of the organization depend on management.

I think that management in Kazakhstan is on developing stage. If enterprises which successfully work in the area of activity, are many, it will positively influence economy and will promote its development. If it is correct to operate the organization, correct to use management, its functions and methods, it will lead to achievement of goals, to a gain of success and to increase profit of the organization. Therefore it is very important that management developed correctly in our country.
