CHARACTERISTICS
OF FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF SURFACE EPITHELIUM OF REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS OF COWS
WITH HAEMORRHAGIC ENDOMETRITIS
One of the
problems in livestock still stays a reproduction of animals. For further
intensification of the industry the crucial role is assigned for enhancing
reproductive function.
These modern scientific literature
suggests the presence of significant specific features of structural and
functional organization of epithelium of the reproductive organs of animals. So
far remain unclear especially the structure and function of epithelial tissue
in different parts of female reproductive system of various animal species [1].
However, with seemingly a sufficiently large number of scientific publications
on the physiology and pathology of the reproductive system of a large rogatogo
cattle, there is still no formulated concepts, defining the specific
significance of epithelial tissue in the physiology of reproduction, the
etiology and pathogenesis of diseases of the reproductive system and fertility
of animals [2,3,4,5,6].
Thus, our research into diseases of the endometrium in
normal and pathological conditions, undoubtedly relevant. Material for
histological, cytometric studies morphometric studies were genitals from
clinically healthy (control group) and cows to be culled diagnosed with
hemorrhagic endometritis, and 3 animals with hemorrhagic endometritis
(experimental group), cows that were kept in the same conditions in the
agricultural formations Kostanay region.The studies
found that the wall of the uterine horns of cows suffering hemorrhagic
endometritis, thickened in volume throughout. Their length is shortened
in the gaps often are patches of small diameter.
When analyzing
the characteristics of the surface epithelium cytometric right uterine horn
Vågå clinically healthy cows set to medium size plane show mercy
epithelial cells is 157,167±33,080 mkm2. Nuclei size, on average, is
43,914±12,635 mkm2. And in the surface epithelium cells predominate
small size with small nuclei. Nuclear protoplasmic ratio, average, 0,279 ±
0,024. Linear analysis revealed a generation of epithelial cells, with a
central location modality.
Nuclear
protoplasmic ratio of the surface epithelium of the left uterine horn is
0,268±0,033. Basically, the surface epithelium presented cells having medium
expressed functional activity. The median area of the surface epithelium cells
of the left uterine horn is 54,880±5,482 mkm2. Basically, cells are
small. Size of the kernel of the left uterine horn epithelium is
15,535±3,520mkm2. At the same time revealed two equivalent
generation of cell nuclei. Nuclear protoplasmic ratio of the surface epithelium
of the left uterine horn cow is 0,280±0,035. When linear analysis revealed one
generation NPR modality with a central location.
Thus,
analyzing the cytometric characteristics of the surface epithelium of the right
uterine horn of patients with hemorrhagic endometritis cows was installed
reducing the rates of epithelial area and their nuclei in comparison with those
in clinically healthy cows. Comparing the results of the functional activity of
the surface epithelium of the right uterine horn animals in pathology and
normal, it was found an increase in the functional activity of the surface
epithelium in hemorrhagic endometritis.
Area
of epithelial cells and nuclei of the surface epithelium of the left and right
uterine horns in hemorrhagic endometritis is reduced compared with the same
period in clinically healthy animals. Analysis of the functional activity of
the surface epithelium of the uterine horn sick cows showed an increase in the
coefficient compared to the same period in clinically healthy cows.
